Taking advantage of the crisp autumn weather, we spontaneously decided to take the kids to a healing secret spot near Nanjing. Driving from Nanjing, it takes about an hour and a half to reach Yixing Yinlong Valley Junlan Resort Hotel, where we began an immersive parent-child relaxation journey. 🏡 Environment: The hotel covers a vast area, surrounded by autumnal forests. It’s especially suitable for taking children hiking and breathing in the pure mountain air, experiencing the tranquility of nature. 🛏️ Room Type: We chose the Ling Shang Yun Qi one-bedroom suite, built on the mountainside. Opening the window reveals a view of the mountains painted in autumn colors. The autumn sunlight filters through the leaves, warming the room with a cozy glow. The butler service is exceptionally thoughtful, preparing a child safety bed rail, exclusive toiletries, and a step stool in advance, attending to every detail. The room comes with a private hot spring bath; on a cool autumn day, soaking in the warm pool with the kids, playing with small water guns, the children couldn’t stop laughing—pure joy! 🛁 Facilities: Shuttle cars are available throughout the hotel and can be called anytime, making traveling with kids hassle-free and very convenient. The Joyful Paradise designed especially for families is full of fun. The indoor children’s playground offers various educational and entertaining facilities. In the petting zoo, kids can interact closely with adorable animals like rabbits, calves, and piglets. Outdoors, there’s an infinity pool, go-karts, trampolines, and water sofas, where children can play freely until dark, reluctant to leave. 🍛 Dining: The hotel offers a wide variety of dining options. The Chinese restaurant serves flavorful home-style dishes, while the Western restaurant offers exquisite and diverse cuisine. In the afternoon, you can enjoy a refined afternoon tea. Breakfast is comprehensive, combining Chinese and Western styles with great taste. After breakfast, staff specially prepare steamed buns for the kids to take to the lakeside to feed the fish, watching the fish scramble for food, which excites the children immensely. However, the hotel is relatively remote and does not offer delivery services. If you want a change of flavor, you can drive 6 kilometers to Zhangzhu Dream City, a 12-minute drive away. The commercial street there is full of delicious food to satisfy different tastes. 🏪 Surroundings: It’s only a few minutes’ drive to Yaohu Town. After dinner, take the kids there to ride the vintage train through the town’s autumn night scenery, enjoy the spectacular fountain show and dazzling fireworks. The atmosphere is fantastic, creating unforgettable childhood memories for the children.
