整體來說不錯的飯店。不幸的是，健身房不值得去。早餐非常美味，有一些當地特色菜。水龍頭流出的水有點黃/橘色。尚不清楚這在棉蘭是否常見。

我出差在這裡住了兩晚。 我從車站走到飯店，但路況不好，如果行李很多的話，可能不太方便。而且飯店也沒有紅綠燈。 距離車站大約500米，但最好還是用GRAB搭計程車。 飯店附近好像有便利商店，但過馬路有點難，所以最好還是在車站買點東西。 酒店很舒適。早餐也很棒。 謝謝

西洋のお城の様な内装に加え、積極的なホスピタリティを感じるスタッフ。要望も即座に丁寧にこなして頂き、時間を有意義に過ごせました。 朝食では、経験したことのないインドネシア料理を堪能でき、部屋内にあるプライベートスパ等、低コストなのに新鮮で体験できない事が経験できました。 初めての宿泊ではなんとサプライズもあり、良き旅行の思い出の一つとなりました。

非常漂亮的酒店,位置很好。工作人員很友好,只是因爲我失去了門禁卡而向我收取了50k IR。  總而言之,是一家美麗的酒店,我推薦它。

The road to the resort can imrpive a lot. Came when its rainjng season. Cant do many things. Just do resort tour.  Cab or grab pr other service poor here. Can improve a lot. Easier for foreigners to commute. Or provide a shuttle for us to commute.

Great property, view and rooms. Closer to the ferry but a bit remote. The staff was very courteous and the breakfast was great. The lake view is amazing

工作人員的服務很體面。但是房間嚴重欠缺。牀沉入..走廊有異味。空調噪音很大。確實有無煙房,但許多客人無視規則,如果你不幸,就像我被分配了一個房間旁邊非常重的吸菸者,他的房間的煙霧通過隔斷門的縫隙進入我的房間。

房間很寬敞,根據選擇類型,但如果通過應用程序預訂,似乎...接待員選擇一個“簡陋”的房間,或者如果直接現場付款,則不是條件。.我經歷過幾次了..希望下次有改進服務,男接待員應該更加友好和友好..除此之外,一切都很好。
