薩摩亞圖阿馬薩加設有停車場的酒店

I stayed here for three nights and it was all right. It seems you cannot expect the same standards in Samoa or most of the South Pacific so if you compared this to Sheratons in other parts of the world it's definitely lacking. The room is generally fine but there are small things like the curtains that need renovation. The balcony overlooking the water was great and the staff is very nice. The location is good and central but be careful with dogs. This isn't the hotel's fault but if you try to walk around there are dogs not locked up by their owners and some of them are vicious. I got bite walking to Vaiala Beach. The Samoa govt needs to do something abt dog owners letting their dogs wander outside their properties. When I told the hotel guys I got bite they acted like this happens all the time.

設施乾淨而現代，但淋浴排水不暢，排水孔外留下一灘濕滑的水坑。 客房服務不穩定。 有幾次，鏡子是濕的，垃圾桶沒有清空，毛巾沒有換過，床也沒有整理好。 可程式保險箱一旦鎖上就無法打開，必須重新編程鑰匙卡才能進入房間。 有一次，下午早些時候，當我在房間休息時，有人試圖進入我的房間，但門閂阻止了他們。 我趕緊往外看，以為是客房服務，但除了一個人之外，那裡沒有其他人——一個身穿背心、短褲和人字拖的魁梧肥胖的島民——從拐角處快步走來。 我相信是另一位客人以某種方式獲得了電子門禁卡，並闖入了其他客人的房間。 那次事件之後，我的鑰匙卡就無法使用，我只好到前台重新編程。 工作人員整體來說很有禮貌，很友善，但實際上他們只是在履行自己的職責。 沒有人像他們一樣熱愛自己的工作。 雞蛋站不能做水煮蛋。 那必須從廚房來，而且他們必須先把水燒開，這是一個非常漫長的等待。 我以前訪問薩摩亞時，在薩瓦伊島的一家酒店裡，雞蛋站有一個鍋，裡面盛著沸水，可以用來煮水煮蛋，而且他們送來水煮蛋的速度和其他類型的雞蛋一樣快。 這次我去了阿皮亞週邊參加活動的其他飯店。 這次住宿之後，我現在願意入住其他飯店。

My go to home in Samoa! If you’re looking for a nice hote with amazing staff, pool and breakfast, this is the place to be!!

The staff was so friendly and humble. Even though there were small concerns, with their polite manner, they immediately fixed them making our stay pleasant and cozy.

La stanza d'hotel era priva di finestre e dunque molto oscura, per rimediare al caldo samoano c'è un buon condizionatore peccato che non c'era il telecomando per regolarlo. In bagno mancava la carta igienica ed il sapone. Il servizio di check-in e check-out è scadente poiché ti fanno attendere molto in quanto le receptionist (nulla contro di loro, anzi carine e disponibili) devono recarsi al negozio accanto per fare firmare il boss e chiedere il resto. La chiave elettronica scade ogni giorno, e la devono riattivare ogni volta. Tuttavia la posizione non è male e nemmeno il ristorante, d'altronde è il posto più economico dove soggiornare in città. Dunque in fin dei conti è accettabile.
