Air wasn't working in one room, and it took most of the night to switch rooms. There was an event during which a physical domestic dispute took place. My kids, 18 to 23, witnessed the bloody mess. We booked 4 rooms for my husband and me and my 4 adult children; hotel seemed frustrated that my children had their own rooms. They're grown. The hotel was getting paid for 4 rooms, plus they had my card for incidentals. I don't see the problem.
But... the location was walkable to the sights. It was a decent hotel. The price was great for the quality.
The room that I booked was not what I received upon checking in. I had paid for 2 queen sized beds but gotten 1 queen and a sofa bed. Front desk informed me that they were out of 2 queen beds and sometimes third party apps uploads incorrect information. Service recovery was not the best. Credits were offers but that does not reflect the price differences between the two types of room. Not to mention that decision was made purely for the fact that I was promised 2 queen beds. Overall, hotel was okay, just not what I had in mind.
訪訪客When we checked in they f are lied to tell us that the maintenance man was working on the sprinkling system. We awoke to a wet bed and floor! They moved us to another room which smelled funny. We had our kittens with us and the guy at the desk gave us a hard time about having two saying we needed to lay $15. Per night for the second kitten! Then the second night when we came back after going out to dinner with family, we were locked out of our room! The key card would not work! The people who operate this hotel seem a bit strange! I won’t be staying there again!
