看似20多年的老酒店，設計很有風味（老味道），位置優越離碼頭非常非常近，黃昏時分散步到哪個景點都不遠（Cairns)本來就是一個小而美的小城；酒店设施真的需要重新裝修，房間小冰箱無法滿足需求（買的冰淇淋都融化了），Wi-Fi 連網不穩，既便安排在7樓仍可以聽到摩托車的轟隆聲和隔壁房價的關門聲，第一天到酒店坐的電梯就故障（差一點點就被關在裡面），晚上9:30的航班抵達機場，沒有任何的公共交通工具，坐Taxi $30到酒店，15分鐘的車程；酒店前臺未能依訂單的需求找到2張單人床陽台房，弄到11點多只好再安排一間，連續三晚住宿，最後一天早餐就選擇在酒店用餐（$25/澳幣），沒有太多的食物選擇（可頌、吐司、水果蛋糕、水煮**、小熱狗、蕃茄醬黃豆、炸馬鈴薯塊、炸蔬菜糰、生菜沙拉、優格、水果、咖啡）

我們在這裡度過了蜜月！
當我們告訴他們這是蜜月時，他們竟然把葡萄酒和巧克力送到了我們的房間裡！
房間裡有一位日本員工，所以我們可以問一些用英語很難問的問題，這真是太好了！
所有員工都很友善，很有禮貌！
唯一遺憾的是房間感覺有點潮濕，淋浴間的設計也導致馬桶也會被弄濕。

我花了好一會兒才弄清楚怎麼用電視。
泳池很棒，但水溫有點涼。
泳池房裡一半的燈都壞了，所以有一半很暗。我不喜歡這樣，但這並沒有阻止我游泳。
房間的景色美極了。

在凱恩斯波西米亞度假村度過了美好的時光！房間乾淨、寬敞，配備齊全的現代化設施。工作人員非常友好和樂於助人，盡心盡力讓我們住得舒適。地理位置極佳－靠近主要景點但又十分安靜。早餐很美味，有很多選擇。整體而言，這是一次奇妙的經驗。強烈推薦這家酒店給任何前往凱恩斯濱海藝術中心的人。

飯店位置靠近機場和凱恩斯市中心。
房間乾淨整潔，床鋪和床單也很乾淨。
我們入住的是二樓的花園景觀房。房間很安靜，如果您攜帶大件行李，建議選擇一樓或二樓的房間。
工作人員非常友好。
泳池乾淨，非常適合帶小孩的家庭。泳池旁邊就有咖啡廳和遊樂場，非常方便。
下次來凱恩斯一定會再選擇這家飯店。

因爲離機場近,所以選擇了這家酒店。
由於洪水,電梯已經停運,不得不換房間,我們不能爬樓梯到2樓。很棒的舒適的牀。房間裏的燈光令人失望,但很多燈光仍然不是很明亮,用於閱讀。寬敞的房間配有餐桌和2張躺椅,用於看電視,對於房間的大小來說,這很小。
入住我們的女士幫我們拿了2袋行李,幫我們送到了房間。她很可愛

注意，房間裡沒有牙刷。
房間裡有微波爐，但只有杯子和湯匙。
前台工作人員非常友好。
天氣太冷，沒辦法去游泳池，但游泳池的位置很棒。

酒店設施比較舊，房間也不大，而且晚上晚到碰到箇中年女的服務員，態度不太好，我們三個人因為有人不愛吃白人餐，衹訂了兩份早餐，服務員説要麼三個人都吃，要麼三個人都不吃，非要我們補一個人的早餐錢，差評！不過退房後聯繫攜程進行了協商，退還了早餐錢，給攜程的服務點贊！

But when it comes to booking and service this is another story .. for the money I paid to stay 2 night I thought this would be the perfect place to rest I’m 5 star style .. place yes , service a disaster. Firstly when I arrived at Swiss bel .. I went to reception to book in as I booked online a queen bed room he asked if I had a vehicle I said yes agreed to the $35 a night and he said he would just take it out of the bond I paid at end if that was ok I said yes perfect .. when I got up to my room it was 2 single I called reception and advised I had booked a queen bed and there is 2 singles he said oh the house keeper hadn’t changed the beds or didn’t look at booking , I asked if someone could just come up and fix .. he said there is noone to do this now come down and j will find another room for you . I went down stairs said I would go get something to eat and when I come back hopefully a room will be sorted. I came back he advised me that he had upgraded me and I asked if I could have the new key and I will switch rooms and come back down with the other key to save me bringing my luggage down and then back up again. I got to room and key didn’t work to go to 6th floor . So I brought my luggage down and told reception that key didn’t work . He said sometimes this happens with those keys /actually quite often said he would come up with me and check . Yes card did not work so he used his staff card to let me in said he would fix and come back . He came back 10mins later to test and it had been foxed . Not sure what the upgrade as as room was smaller than the first , had no shower gel (was empty container when I went into have a shower) thought it may have been replenished on next day with room
Clean still empty on second day and cleaner took face washers and never replaced them so I washed with shampoo and a hand towel .. when I came back on second day went to put card into open the car park and it didn’t work .. I went to reception to let them know I was trying to get into car park and the card doesn’t work, she (Asian lady) advised me that I hadn’t paid for parking .. I had to explain everything from the night before then asked me they will take it out of my bind I said yes that’s what I agreed with the night before . No apology just more interested in getting payment for parking. She added parking to
Card then said she would come out and make sure it worked as I said the night before man had to come

Went back into get then came out .. followed me down then gave me a card .. I later received a phone call from a lady called Theresa asking how my stay was and I explain that it has been the most disappointing experience I have had ever ! Explained the above she said she would come and replace the shower gel and face washers I said it’s ok I have already had my shower used a hand towel and shampoo because I’m already in bed .. she said that I hope that my stay apologetic on my experience already , I hope it is better from now and if I need anything to contact her and ask for Theresa I said thank you I appreciated the call … then then 10
Minutes later she comes knocking on my door I have to get dress to answer the door she knocks again I said I’m coming
She is at the door with the shower gel and face washers getting me out of bed . I understand why she brought it but I told her I was in bed and I had already showered . So then I go to hand my key in to check out to be told I have outstanding parking I need to pay .. I advised Theresa that it is coming out of the bond payed and this has been told now to 3 people .. as I said place is absolutely fantastic.. apart from missing shower gel and tissues
Not sure what or how I was uograded as the room was smaller and no window as in first room

訪訪客Have stayed here a few times now over time, and it has always been a good stay for the money. (Especially if you can find a good deal on Trivago etc!)
The hotel has had a couple of owner/management changes in recent years, so some reviews are now out of date. I've always found the staff to be friendly and the facilities to be great whenever I've stayed there.
Rooms and beds ARE slightly dated now, but still very comfortable and you still get a good nights sleep. Cleaner could be a bit more thorough (e.g. corners in bathroom and shower recess, in the room I had this time around anyway), but are generally pretty clean.
Location is great, as it is very quiet and away from the rat race of Central Surfers, and is very close to many of the theme parks and lots of shops and restaurants.
I recommend this hotel for any type of traveller, families or solo, for both a short, or long stay.
Due to the slightly dated beds and furniture (which are still good!), I won't give it 5 stars, but it is still great value for your money!

訪訪客地理位置絕佳…步行即可抵達衝浪者天堂，Skypoint 就在隔壁。從機場到飯店很方便，因為電車站就在 Skypoint 旁邊。有很多咖啡館和餐廳可供選擇。沒有使用游泳池和健身房。由於牆壁較薄，房間裡會聽到噪音。入住手續辦理得很順利……工作人員沒有提供太多關於度假村設施的信息，我們根據廚房牆上的貼紙找到了無線網路密碼。我們房間的陽台可以看到游泳池，這很不錯。

匿匿名用戶房價便宜，因為早起趕飛機所以訂了間便宜一點的酒店，唯一的缺點是換到了低層殘疾人房間，第二天要早起也就沒要求換房間，樓層較**聞到樓下餐廳的油煙味，建議訂高樓層的

訪訪客入住的時候已經是傍晚，前台還在提供服務，出示護照，確認訂單後需要信用卡付款按金。房子帶廚房，老闆娘很熱情幫忙教會怎麼開爐灶。整個住宿環境是很好的，兩個靠游泳池的房間安靜，靠街麪的房間略微顯得吵一些，但也不至於影響睡眠。當我們提出需要多加被子的時候，老闆娘也是很熱情幫忙。房間整潔漂亮，洗浴用品都有，淋浴熱水稍微來得慢一些，但是不影響使用。游泳池很漂亮，可惜我們行程安排太滿，還沒來得及享用就要退房了！酒店距離機場比較近，距離市中心稍微遠一點點，走路到夜市需要半小時。房間衣架很多，也有地方晾曬，可以方便大洗特洗！

訪訪客1、位置佳，交通便捷：酒店位於市中心CBD，從機場乘坐 AirTrain 20分鐘到 Central Station,沿着Ann Str.步行5分鐘即可抵達酒店。返程也是乘坐20分鐘火車到布里斯本國際機場。酒店就在City Hall隔壁，步行到 Queen Street Mall 3分鐘。到昆士蘭大學（St. Lucia Campus）可以步行7分鐘到布里斯本河邊的North Quay乘坐ferry,全程20分鐘。還可以在酒店馬路對面乘坐R586免費接駁公交車30分鐘左右到Fruitgrove火車站,乘火車30分鐘左右到Helensval，轉乘G-Link輕軌20分鐘到Surfers Paradise. 以上均可用在機場火車站購買的 Go Card，感受下Queensland的惠民政策。
2、 酒店設施齊全，服務規範： Mercure 和 Pullman 共用一個大門和大堂，前台接待友善專業，沒有遇到預訂之前讀到的一些抱怨和差評，例如入住時沒有收按金；房間的確沒有提供牙刷和拖鞋，電話告知就送過來了；離店早上還讓前台提前準備好了早餐袋子隨手帶走。
3、早餐豐盛，品種多樣：是傳統的英式早餐，有各種麪包奶酪火腿培根雞蛋香腸香菇西紅柿，也有各種飲料和水果，個人偏愛現做的omlette和toast，還有薰三文魚和cereals。食客中同胞很少。順便推薦下： Queen Street 是步行街，有幾個大商場，裏面都有 food court, 有各種口味供選擇，包括中餐，日餐、印度餐、墨西哥餐、西餐等。還有個大超市 Woolworths 值得推薦！

PPHILLIP JAMESThe Mantra Hotel has outstanding location. It is directly in front of the Woolworths supermarket - the best option in central Cairns. It's also virtually opposite (the esplanade side)the lagoon public beachfront swimming pool. Finally it's just a 5 minute walk from Cairns Cruise Terminal, with outstanding day trips to Green Island, Fitzroy Island and the Reef. I booked a sea view room. When you enter the room, you don't see the ocean, but a building across the road. However, the view from the balcony was amazing. The balcony overlooks the main features of lagoon on the sea front. During the day it is great view - the lagoon pools and sea in the background. At night you cannot see the sea (as to be expected) but you have the amazing lagoon lights, which makes it very desirable and even romantic. Our room was at the end of block, which overlooks a shopping mall (no car noise) - looking right from the balcony is the lagoon view and looking left is a mountain view. However, from 2:00pm to 6:00pm the sun comes directly into the balcony area, which means it unusable until sun sets. Of course if you don't mind baking in the sun on the balcony, this is not really a concern. The room itself is pretty basic. The mini fridge of OK and TV has domestic channels only - no cable TV for BBC/CNN. The bathroom is of a good size. There is combined shower & bath. However, when using the shower, it can slightly flood this bathroom. A shower curtain may be desirable because the glass panel is not sufficient enough. At $225 per night this hotel was not cheap and you can better deals by coming in the off-season OR going bit further down the esplanade, and choosing another hotel. The Mantra does have its own pool and it is wonderfully heated, with normal deck chairs you would expect at 4 star hotel. However, the pool gets very little natural sunlight, because it of its location between 2 buildings. Overall, the hotel has amazing location, and it is still recommended, despite the shortcomings mentioned. My final note: When we checked in, I was impressed with the level of service provided by the receptionist. She had a very welcome attitude and a wonderful personality.
