我幫你重新組織了語言，讓表達更加流暢自然 ： 瓦倫西亞諾福特酒店於2024年開業，我入住時感覺可能還處於試運營階段，因為頂樓的酒吧和游泳池都尚未開放，這點挺可惜的。 不過酒店的服務還是很讓我滿意的。前台的工作人員特別給力，當我發現房間裏沒有電熱水壺時，他很快就幫我送到了房間。還有一次，電梯刷卡無法正常使用，他親自護送我們回房間，非常貼心。 但關於退房時間，我想向攜程投訴。攜程平台上標註的退房時間是1點到2點，可酒店實際規定是12點之前退房，超過12點房卡會自動失效。希望攜程能重新確認並核實該酒店的入住（check in）和退房（check out）時間，避免給其他旅客造成困擾。

這是家正兒八經的現代酒店，不是歐洲古建築改造的民宅。酒店地理位置就隔着一條街到科學藝術城和甘河公園。設計商務但又不失度假感。房間夠寬敞，服務也不錯，頂樓酒吧可以俯瞰科學藝術城。早餐豐富，冷切肉類和奶酪我能想到的都有了。早上去幹河公園跑跑步，太愜意了。我推薦入住。

友好的工作人員,24小時接待,我們到的很晚,午夜左右,接待在那裏。它靠近海灘和去城市的電車站。如果你喜歡逃離市中心,離海灘更近,那就很好了。房間寬敞。不過沒有冰箱。 總的來說,我很滿意,還會再住那裏。

NNancylovesyann這個酒店感覺雖然位置不在市中心，但是確實各方面都不錯。 設施：一樓一個成人泳池 屋頂一個rooftop泳池 衞生：房間很乾凈 酒店也很乾凈很新 走進去蠻舒服的 環境：步行10分鐘到海邊 雖然不是市中心 但是門口有bus可以去市中心20分鐘十幾站的樣子，其實也是很方便，車票1.45歐 服務：前台很熱情 因為不是旺季 給升級了房間 9樓高層住的也很舒服 還有露台 這次住宿體驗不錯，早餐也還ok，選擇不是很多，湊合吃吃可以。現在應該是淡季，海邊人少。不是烏壓壓一大幫人！這個酒店推薦！

訪訪客Booked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed. On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI” Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed. Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed) Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants. Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus. We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money. I would recommend and return again.

Guests enjoy two outdoor pools, a kids’ club, and seasonal entertainment, though the evening shows are average. Rooms are clean, equipped with air conditioning (June-September), satellite TV, and marble bathrooms with hairdryers, but some guests find the hairdryers underpowered. Elevators can have long wait times, which may inconvenience some visitors. Overall, it’s a great value option for a relaxed beach holiday with excellent dining and a superb location.

訪訪客We had our bag stolen on the last night. The police were very unhelpful. We were left with no phones or money or bank cards. The hotel staff helped us contact relatives at home so we could have our flight details home sent to us. Also relatives paid the hotel directly and they arranged lunch, taxi to the airport and assistance with the police forms. Could not have been more grateful. Our 10 night stay had been wonderful up to this point, and the staff made sure that we were ok and did not worry. Would definitely recommend this hotel for location and cleanliness and staff attitude.

訪訪客Stayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it. The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in! The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there. Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes. If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!
