NNat 李凤临The spa - hamam, sauna and indoor pool (1m deep though?!) is the hotel’s best feature. There is no beach access though, so I went to Nea Hora and Golden beach. Rooms - too small, lack of storage space, complex buttons and unnecessarily complicated console. It was quiet even though I was given a 2nd floor room. The overall signage in the hotel is confusing too. Beds and pillows - huge and comfy. Food - excellent. Massage decent. Toiletries good. Only frontal views are of the sea, but cost 10x more! Otherwise - trash can views!😤 A la carte breakfast - too slow, you eat less, always a misunderstanding… and after you order they take away the menu… Rooftop pool - a scam! Sunbeds always occcupied and need to be booked to see the sunset 🙄 there is another rooftop on 7th floor but after 10min you want to leave, because there are no showers, a pool, toilet or a bar… Staff is young, fakely polite, too slow and not very responsive - obviously trained for certain types of guests (culturally unexperienced). So even to get a locker in the spa you had to wait to be explained how to unlock it (and pass a test?!), even though there are two people at the reception desk. My coffee capsules, sweetener, and teas were not replaced the following morning during the housekeeping visit and a used glass was not washed. The balcony pool is tiny and got a lot of fluff from the street, plus I didn’t feel comfortable using it with it being visible from the street and building right across the street. I was also called at 21:30 (I was asleep?!) to check whether I was satisfied with a complimentary 30min massage (due to the poor room view)… 🤷🏼♀️ I understand that it is a new hotel and they are trying their best but I also paid 800+€ for two nights and was frustrated during 50% of my stay… 😒 I attended a high school for tourism and hospitality, worked as a masseuse, also and worked in 5-* hotels Chania 30 years ago, but stayed in a multitude of 4-5 star hotels worldwide since. Especially in Asia where the service is top notch. Therefore, all of this is not acceptable for such a high price. Yes, the welcome drink is nice, and so is the complimentary massage, but you should do better, Hilton!

CCourtneyOur stay at Selected Suite was simply perfect! The location is amazing, and the room itself is unbelievable, everything brand new, with stunning design and incredible comfort. The space is large, with a beautiful terrace, a huge shower, and modern detail, the steam room was a big bonus after a long day.  Honestly, the decoration is so impressive I could happily live here. Everything was spotless every single day, it’s honestly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. I felt so comfortable that I never wanted to leave. The team even prepared a wonderful birthday surprise for my partner, which made our stay extra special. Parking was very easy, the reception is available at all times and always helpful, and the cleaning ladies are just fantastic, smiling, kind, and doing an excellent job. A very special thank you to Ayu, who was absolutely adorable and made our stay unforgettable with her kindness and warmth. I recommend this place 100%! I cannot wait to come back. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single thing to improve everything was truly perfect.

ААнастасія ГлавацькаToday, I have landed back home after spending amazing week at this family-run hotel. I can definitely tell you that it was one of the best holidays I have ever had, filled with nice people and great Greek weather. The hotel is located very conveniently, you have a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Lidl is just 5-7 min walk. Next to the hotel there was a great coffee shop- Move on. Next to the hotel there is a bus stop which will take you to Chania city centre for a nice promenade and a delicious dinner. Hotel itself is of an apartment style with amazing pool which was always well-maintained and clean. Every day the girls made sure that our room is clean and we have new towels, and they were making quite impressive compositions from flowers and towels😁 The manager of the hotel was extremely friendly and always dealt efficiently with any requests we had. Breakfast was delicious and overall our stay was extremely enjoyable. Definitely visit this hotel to feel the amazing Greek hospitality.

訪訪客不得不說,我在Acro Suites的經歷低於我的預期,整體體驗除了酒店本身,遠沒有我認爲真正的5-star體驗。 這是一個美麗的財產,絕對是Instagram帖子的完美地點,但超出了美學,實際體驗缺乏。餐飲提供低於平均水平,客房服務/客房服務標準令人失望。房間打掃沒有進行得當從第一天起,空杯子和酒瓶仍然留在我們的房間,直到我們退房的那天。 我的伴侶在度假村也因夜間照明不佳而跌倒。最令人失望的是,後來沒有值班經理跟進或與我們檢查,以瞭解他的康復情況。 對於5-star度假村,我對細節、服務、對客人的真誠關懷期望更高,可惜體驗不符合豪華物業預期的標準。

JJimmibob絕對令人驚歎的地方,在一個完美的位置,沿着海濱漫步,到歷史悠久的老城區查尼亞和威尼斯港。在另一個方向,更短的漫步到港口和 Nea Chora 海灘,那裏有很多酒吧商店和餐館。物業直接位於海濱,位置非常寧靜 - 擁有美麗的游泳池和令人難以置信的海景,無論您站在哪裏。工作人員都很棒,甚至在我入住之前就WhatsApp聯繫了我,以安排我的入住。我的房間早早準備好了-這太棒了。我非常幸運,有一個套房,在海邊有一個熱水浴缸 - 裝飾精美,清新,乾淨,陽台的景色令人難以置信。我相信早餐是爲所有客人提供的,很可愛,有各種各樣的冷熱食品飲料和糕點。唯一的批評是我自己沒有呆更長的時間,我會心跳回來的!

訪訪客酒店在市中心，位置很好，去逛街或者去博物館都很方便。洗臉池在卧室裏，衞生間裏是馬桶和淋浴。洗完澡後整個衞生間地上全是水。建議酒店把淋浴間和馬桶區域用完整的門分割開來。

訪訪客Die Lage des Hotels ist definitv sehr gut und ein Plus Punkt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Dame an der Bar hat uns ein Willkommensdrink gegeben. Das Hotel wirkt am Eingang recht hochwertig und man fuehlt sich gut aufgehoben. Ich würde sagen es hat kein 5-Sterne Niveau, aber so um die 3,5-4 absolut. Das Zimmer das wir bekommen hatten, hatte leider keine Fenster (in der Beschreibung stand es gibt eins). Kein Problem für uns. Unsere größter Kritikpunkt ist, da es in der Dusche keine Tür gab, weil diese entfernt wurde. Somit konnte man leider nicht richtig duschen ohne Wasser nach außen zu spritzen. Als wir es beim Empfang bescheid gegeben hatten, gab es leider nur ein „wussten wir gar nicht“ und lieber ans klingelnde Telefon gehen und den Gast stehen lassen. Wer soll es dann wissen wenn nicht das Hotel, leider somit weit entfernt von 5-Sterne Service. Eine kleine Entschuldigung hatten wir erwartet, und das man sich dem Problem annimmt. Finde ich wirklich Schade, dass man so viel Geld und dann ein Zimmer bekommt, welches nicht dem Standard entspricht und eigentlich nicht auf dem gewollten Niveau ist um an Gäste vergeben zu werden. Zum Glück haben wir nur einen Tag hier verbracht und vorher in einem richtigen 5-Sterne Hotel die Woche verbracht. Ich kann hier wirklich nur overall 3/5 Sterne geben.

Ccallmejack這是一個很棒的地方。顯然你需要一輛車才能到達,但然後城市以外的島上大多數地方都這樣做。現場有很多停車位。 家庭經營。超級好,友好。坐在山頂上,欣賞美麗的大海景色。我們的房間不是太大,但對我們來說這不是問題,因爲我們大部分時間都在外面。 游泳池很可愛,我們早晚去的,沒發現很忙。自助早餐雖然小,但又來了,沒什麼真正要抱怨的。我們吃了飯,很滿意。 從主路導航和找到通往酒店的道路最初可能會有點棘手,有幾條路線,開車慢一點就沒事了。 總的來說,我們度過了一個愉快的假期,如果我們回到同一個地區,我們可能會選擇再次入住這裏。
