多次入住，特別推薦的酒店。環境、衞生、設施都是一流的。大部分的工作人員服務非常好。這次差評是因為酒店在系統中沒有查到我定的三個房間其中一間的訂單，儘管我已經向他們出示了我的訂單。一名前台工作人員甚至要求看我的付款記錄。最後的結果是，酒店最後在系統中查詢到了所有的訂單。因為酒店的錯誤，給我這次旅程帶來了非常不愉快的體驗。我感覺在我已經出示訂單的情況下，酒店工作人要要去看我的付款記錄是非常粗鄙的行為，我希望酒店房做出道歉。

喜歡綠地,小但舒適的游泳池,創造了綠洲的感覺。寬的房間,很多,寬的淋浴,良好的淋浴和洗髮水工具。天花板風工作。房間內的空調可以用額外的價格, 每天+15美元.

Everything was great with this hotel, from the view to the service. The beach is very beautiful and clean. There are quite a few of beach boys on the beach waiting to sell things to you. However if you tell them politely you’re not interested, they’ll leave you alone.
It’s very close to Ukunda airport, only 10min drive.
One major thing this resort needs to improve is the foods. The foods are no where close to a 5 star resort standard. They’re normal than normal. Limited varieties. This was the most disappointing part. However because of the superb view and services, I was able to enjoy the trip! Will definitely go back and hope the foods are good by then.

我們住了一個星期在酒店裏。房間乾淨。花園景色的陽台。早上這裏有迷人的鳥兒歌唱。服務人員。游泳池和酒吧,飲料。這裏的香料和果汁都很好吃。我非常喜歡當地的和牛奶茶,早餐很好吃,吃飯吃飯吃飯,大海鮮盤子兩人都很好吃,這裏還有魚,魚,八,半龍,魚。是的,魚很大,味道很好,房間裏有水和茶和咖啡,經常換衣服,我們只剩下一個零,就是在酒店裏舉行會議。在游泳區,當一羣穿着黑色套裝的從20-30 人從這裏看度假者的時候,是不愉快的。是的,可以步行10分鐘到海邊,或者可以乘坐魚。不過,這可不是步行可用。

酒店離海灘有點距離，坐小三輪大約5-10分鐘。別墅很大，兩間卧室，適合一家4口入住，但是設施比較陳舊了，衞生情況一般。
酒店不知為何沒有收到我的預訂訊息。我們在當地時間晚上7:30到達後，等了一個半小時，才把別墅準備好。
如果沒有選擇三餐全包，那就連飲用水都不提供。

Swahili Beach Resort is a great all inclusive resort in Diani Beach in Kenya. It's perfect as a base for staying in the area, with everything you need included. The rooms are spacious, the staff are incredible (and I mean incredible - nothing is too much trouble for them, they are so polite and will really go to great lengths to help you).
The only issue is that if the resort puts you in a room that is different to what you've booked (in our case, we booked a Standard room and we got given a Superior room), it can be difficult for them to find your reservation in their backend systems.
So ensure you go in with printed proof of your reservation and payment, and eventually it will all get sorted.
Otherwise, it's amazing, the Dawa drinks are top notch and the rooms are spacious and inviting.

訪訪客一切都很好，清潔度很高（只有游泳池可以更乾淨）。海灘上有保安確保海灘男孩不會靠得太近。飯店對面有一家販售飲料和酒類的小商店和一家中餐館。附近有一所醫院。到較大的超市約1.5公里。

訪訪客Amazing staff and truly exceptional service. Both G. and M. were always present, attentive, and genuinely supportive throughout our stay. They helped with meals and were always available whenever we needed assistance. Their hospitality made a real difference, and we are truly grateful to have met them and spent a few days in what feels like a hidden paradise.
The location is beautiful—a peaceful beachfront property in a quiet, uncrowded area with plenty to do nearby. It’s about a 45-minute drive from Diani Airport, so having a car is highly recommended. Make sure to follow the Tiwi Beach exit rather than relying on the GPS coordinates to reach the property. It is also advisable to buy supplies, including drinking water, before arriving at the facility.
The penthouse itself has incredible potential and offers stunning views, but unfortunately it is not well maintained and still requires significant work. Basic structural improvements are needed, including proper ceiling finishing, fencing, and treatment of the wooden furniture due to visible infestation.
Another issue is that there are many open gaps and spaces around the penthouse structure, which allow insects and even cats to enter the room. This significantly affects comfort and hygiene and should be addressed with proper sealing and screening.
Overall, the staff and location are fantastic, but the penthouse urgently needs proper maintenance and finishing to match the beauty of the setting.

猴子和鳥有時會從客人的盤子裏自救,類似情況的其他酒店以更好更專業的方式處理這個煩人的問題,基本飲料和冰塊經常缺失。冰箱在房間裏不見了,手機系統也不行。
對於一個價格相對應的所謂四星級酒店,各方面都可以期待很多。不僅僅是微笑的工作人員。可惜不推薦。

WWJLIAM滿分環境、酒店非常大，標準花園房M棟就在餐廳旁邊，離沙灘非常近。
如有空房可以提前入住，我是早上6點到的，很快就給安排了房間，而且送了一份早餐，工作人員都很有禮貌。
