The room I stayed in was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room offered stunning river views that made waking up each morning a delight. The amenities were top-notch, from the plush bathrobes to the high-quality toiletries. I truly appreciated the attention to detail. Dining at the Swizzle Dinner & Drinks restaurant was an experience in itself! The rotating restaurant offers a unique and elevated dining experience with panoramic views of the city skyline. The food was exceptional, with a variety of locally inspired dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. Overall, my experience at the Galt House Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. It’s a fantastic blend of southern hospitality, luxury, and comfort. We were impressed with and enjoyed everything about this hotel. If we had to pick what stands out the most it would be the friendliness and service of all the staff we came in contact with from the front desk to the cleaning staff and the server at the buffet which was, by the way, amazingly good. We've stayed here before and have never been disappointed.

The king size bed was very comfortable. The bathroom on the other hand my girlfriend is short very short so she had to practically stand on the bar just to reach the top of the shower head to adjust it or she had to yell for me to come in and adjust it the door did not lock. The front door didn't matter if we closed it it was easily able to be pushed open there was a crack all the way around the door so you could see the light coming through you could hear everything everybody getting on the elevator every time somebody got ice out of the machine the walls are extremely thin. The service was fine they only came into our room one time to ask if we needed anything and we got everything that we needed. And my girlfriend did not like the shampoo or the conditioner as it stripped her hair so bad that she was pulling chunks of her hair out with the hair brush trying to get it brushed out. The carpet was dirty you can vacuum it and it was clean but it needs the steam clean as my girlfriend wore white socks and within a few hours or socks were black. My girlfriend didn't even swim at the pool I tried to get in but the water was cold super cold I ended up getting out.
