這家酒店太棒了。工作人員很友好,樂於助人,有禮貌。我們喜歡他們爲Mardi Gras提供的裝飾,只能想象在其他假期裏它是什麼樣子。房間乾淨舒適。早餐很好吃。我們非常享受我們的住宿。

我和我丈夫为我们的周年纪念订了一个房间，我不得不说我玩得很开心。我预订房间迟到了，但每个人都很好，没有给我们带来麻烦。房间很棒，床很舒服。橡树咖啡馆的午餐和早餐都很美味。赌场工作人员非常好，帮助我们弄清楚我们想从酒吧喝什么。我对我的住宿没有任何抱怨。

在我們的房間裏，浴室門的背面掛着一條臟毛巾。然後燈在凌晨2點熄滅，直到4:30才重新亮起。因此，這使我們在黑暗中苦澀數小時。另外，我的房間裏有兩個不起作用的熨斗，兩個熨斗都因水漏出而弄濕了我的衣服。

LLisaWe never previously stayed at a LaQuinta and I can assure you we never will again!!! We were lied to about the room by the front desk person who got off at 3 p.m. The first room we were in, that the front desk person lied about and moved us to, appeared to have water coming up through the floor. When we entered the room water was puddles under the bed and around two sides of it. We cleaned it up except for the part to show the water was clear and not a mess made by our dog. When we tried to call the front desk, the room phone did not work at all not even a dial tone. While waiting for the front desk to change our room, we flushed the toilet and it was like a floodgate of water started appearing from the floor.
Getting back to the front desk girl lying to us. I told her that I cannot physically climb stairs because she was telling me i would have to climb 3 flights of stairs dur to problems with the elevator. We were told that though the room would be a queen bed, instead of a king, it was not as far to walk as the elevator and it was a drive up room. Well, let me tell you, we passed the elevator on the way to the room and it was all the way to the end of the hallway. Also, from the after 3 p.m. desk clerk, who straightened out the first desk clerk's mess and who did not lie to us, we found out this LaQuinta has NO drive up rooms!!!
I has prepaid our room with no mention of a fee for our dog. So, in addition, this dishonest front deskperson charges us a $25 fee for our dog.
When we checked out today, my husband asked for a receipt and the dishonest front desk person told him it would be emailed to us. Honestly, at this point we do not trust that our credit card information is secure and has not been lifted. Given all of this, we will NEVER stay at any LaQuinta again and will actively discourage our friends and family from staying in any LaQuinta.

訪訪客The grounds and exterior of the White House hotel is wonderful. However, other features of this hotel leave something to be desired. Firstly, if you're looking for a place to unwind by the pool with a great ocean view, you're in luck, but unfortunately the pool is not heated. The dining room was unavailable due to ”construction” or ”remodeling,” so any food ordered (which was good) either had to be room-service or eaten at the bar. I stayed in a standard room with a king bed, which was not very comfortable. The vanity light in the bathroom was only half lit, making shaving difficult. The TV in the room was old and the back light seemed to be going out. There was a small 3 drawer dresser for clothing, but other than that, really nothing other than the nightstands to set things on (but there was a very small bistro table for the coffee maker. And the most frustrating part, the AC unit either made the room VERY cold or VERY warm. The uncomfortable bed, with thin covers and a bipolar HVAC made getting good rest impossible. For the same price or less, I could have stayed at one of the casinos with better amenities and more comfortable rooms.

訪訪客酒店地理位置優越,餐廳和購物場所很多,給我們辦理入住的年輕人非常愉快和友好。沒有在酒店吃,因爲早餐很貴,和幾個人一起旅行,所以買不起那個價格給大家。一直住假日酒店,從來沒有要付早餐費。房間不錯,但是房間裏的人要麼在我前面,要麼在後面抽菸,整晚都在抽菸,咳嗽打噴,我試圖遮住頭,躺在牀的另一端,但沒用。我喉嚨很痛就走了,退房時前台小姐姐不太友好,在電腦上搞東西,低頭了很久,最後問她能不能協助我。她從來沒有問我關於我的住宿。我有一些關於我的賬單的問題,在我預訂酒店之前沒有解釋,她確實向我解釋了各種收費,雖然我完全不同意。

訪訪客Somewhat disappointed. We understood that the check in time was at 4pm. However , upon arrival, our room was not ready and we had to wait over an hour for our room. There were a lot of us waiting. Somehow they did not have enough housekeeping staff to clean the rooms that were obviously vacated at 11am as I understood, that was the check out time. As we finally got our room at the 5th floor, we came upon multiple available rooms that were available that needed cleaning. We presumed they needed cleaning because the doors were left open. We actually took a peek inside. I should say, I should give them credit. They gave us free dinner or breakfast. We really were not able to take advantage of the dinner offer since after checking into our room, we rushed to gamble at Beau Rivage. Our breakfast actually came with our booking.

這個位置沒有達到我們的期望 ,
房間和照片不一樣,令人失望,不是世界末日。
我們收到的第一個房間被蟲子覆蓋,聞起來像死蟲,房間角落裏有它們的巢,房間裏到處都是死蟲。
前台的善良女士給我們換了另一個房間,但是新房間不是很乾淨,淋浴間和浴室裏都有很多頭髮,
在路上走了12個小時,我們減少了損失,然後睡着了。
我住過很多希爾頓酒店,老實說,這是我迄今爲止見過的最髒的。非常失望。

BBankhead工作人員很好。地理位置優越。牀不舒服。很硬,走廊有煙味,但這是無煙樓😒。不確定我們是否還會再住這裏。

MMegann Patrick工作人員很好,特別是早上在那裏的那個人,電視和電話在第一個房間不工作,所以把我們搬到了另一個房間,第二個房間整體不錯,但是死栓沒有轉動/沒有工作,所以不舒服。歐陸式早餐是華夫餅,麥片,酸奶,各種糕點,咖啡,果汁。大堂和大廳的地板很粘。有些地方有難聞的味道,特別是第一間房的衛生間,但我覺得可能是清潔用品的,對面就是克羅格,所以位置方便

唯一的抱怨是臂章。我們的孩子在第一天到達那裏時,臂章在水邊摔斷了,通過我們的住宿,我們注意到有許多人失去了他們。如果你要收取50美元,他們需要更耐用。我發現這非常不合理,因爲他們顯然很容易破裂。
