位於卡羅維發利中心畔友誼丘上，乘坐纜車就可到山頂，能看到整個小鎮的風景，已成為當地最佳觀景地之一。高聳的觀景塔建在海拔562米的山丘上，因19世紀末當地人發現這座能將全城風景盡收眼底的美麗山丘而建，隨後吸引了很多名人前來駐足流連風景。觀景塔高35米，需要爬150級台階才能到觀景台。如今已經不用攀爬就可以登觀景塔，可乘每15分鐘一趟的纜車，花上短短的3分鐘就可以輕鬆抵達山頂，非常便捷。
