敏貢古城、應該就是指佛塔，確實壯觀、令人！一定要去一下，其它地方再也沒有如此碩大的磚建築。敏貢不接受曼德勒的通票，門票需要另外購：$3。洗手間是要給200K的。

離城區還是比較遠的，可以考慮包車，幾個古城一起走完，還是相當方便的。是曼德勒幾處古城遺迹中距離城區最遠的，需要從水路走，坐船一個小時才能到達。

離曼德勒市區有一定的距離，車程大概有一個多小時。古城內有三處景點，進去需要門票，此處不和曼德勒通票在一起。據說是白色大塔的始祖，這裏很適合攝影創作。

敏貢古城敏貢其實和 曼德勒 隔江相望，但因為過江需要繞道 實皆 的大橋，所以距離遠了。敏貢古城現在只留三個景點可以看，敏貢佛塔，大鐘和白廟。據說貢榜王朝時的國王孟雲想讓自己的王后登上塔頂對着遠方的 蒲甘佛塔群膜拜，特意在 曼德勒 對岸的敏貢修建這座巨大的佛塔，規劃三層，高大150米，國王親自監督建造。如果建成，必將成為世界最大的佛塔，不過造化弄人，在建成三分之一后國王去世。巨大的工程最終放棄，只留下一個這座世界上最大的磚制建築，和兩座巨大的 石獅 辛特。後面的大地震，連辛特也只剩下底座矗立。從這巨大的底座，就可以想象當年的壯麗。
