日本國立國會圖書館坐落於東京都千代田地區，就在國會議事堂附近，這一地區行人不多，非常安靜，看上去高不可攀，真的進去参觀倒並不是特別困難，登記護照號和手機就可以進去了，不過裏面不可以拍照。

整幢樓是一座近代式樣的白色宏大建築，中間部分突起，呈金字塔尖頂，共9層，高65.5米，左右兩側對稱，各成長方形狀。左面為眾議院，右面為參議院，各高3層。

It's similar to the Congress on TV. It's quiet but orderly without traffic. There's no special security measures. It's like a familiar building. It's like the State Council Building of the Puppet Manchuria in Changchun.
