波令溫泉非常的值得體驗，也是當地的熱帶火山溫泉的一個組成，整個溫泉的設施和環境都是蠻有意思的，這個溫泉的體驗很好，可以感受一下這裏的獨特的自然特色，很不錯的。

一直以為到沙巴就是來看海景的，沒想到這裏居然還有溫泉玻璃溫泉其實是很小的一個地方？不過也是比較特別，純天然的溫泉水，有一些顏色

Boling Hot Spring is in Shenshan Park Tourist Area. We visited Shenshan Park in one day. It is divided into public hot springs and private hot springs. But the tour guide suggested that we only soak in public free hot springs. Private hot springs need more money, but in fact, they only give you a small room. The water is the same. The public hot springs here are like bathtubs, turning on taps. You can soak it in full water. There's also a big, hot pool beside it. Many local people sit beside it and soak their feet. It's really too hot. We can't stand it if we soak it for a while. Next door there is a pool with white smoke. The tour guide said that the water vapor is very hot and should not be near. Otherwise, it will be injured. The water vapor is also mixed with a great smell of sulphur. It seems that the hot spring water here is genuine.

It takes about an hour's drive to Boling Hot Spring, north of Shenshan Mountain. It's famous for its natural sulphur springs. Most tourists are Malays. There are not many tourists. No tour group is relaxed. It's very primitive. I didn't expect Malaysia's hot springs to be so comfortable to soak and have some tropical fruits.

Boling Hot Spring is the natural hot spring water in Shenshan Mountain. Like a hot spring theme park, there are several different pools, mainly in the open air. It rains on the day we go there and there are no towels and so on. So there are no bubbles. Seeing that many local people are still fascinated by the rain, soaking in the spring water and enjoying the feeling of rain, we hide in the foot-soaking pool nearby. Rain, although it is said to be a sulphur pool, looks a little turbid, and public hot springs only need to buy tickets to enter and soak, a little bit unclean feeling...
