一共五層，坐電梯到五樓，再一層層往下走。展館通過高新技術手段，宣傳上海隧道建設管理成果，通過運用互動性，參与性等表現形式向全社會進行科普教育。科技館內再現了大型泥水平衡盾構內部實景，讓参觀者近距離感受隧道施工現場;復興東路隧道上層實景區通過投影儀大屏幕和在隧道內設置的真實車輛隧道穿行模擬增加了其真實效果;在虛擬互動區通過大型投影和車輛模型等道具讓参觀者駕駛車輛的真正體驗了在隧道里穿行的感受。幾乎沒有参觀的人，慢慢看不錯。
