After visiting Nanxun Ancient Town, we went out to Huzhou, intending to have a good look at the beautiful night scenery of South Taihu Lake. However, three kilometers near the destination, the road was blocked seriously and the vehicles could hardly move forward. We had to turn back to Nanxun and stay at the scheduled Nanxun Wax Meihao Hotel in Huzhou. The next morning, we came to Huzhou again. First we visited the Museum of Ancient Wood, and then we wandered around the Taihu Lake resort area. The Museum of Ancient Wood is surrounded by mountains on three sides, facing water on one side, and the scenery is very quiet and elegant. It is a multi-functional exhibition hall which integrates the popularization of forest science, the exhibition of forest culture and the appreciation of forest art. The museum displays ancient trees and trees from all over the world. They are not carved, carved or polished. They are not colorful. The exhibits are unique in shape and vivid. They are all wonderful. Walking to the South Taihu Lake Resort, I happened to find that there was a "2017 "Landscape, Taihu Dream" South Taihu Lantern Festival held here last night. No wonder the roads were blocked when I came to play last night. South Taihu Lake has beautiful lanterns, and its surrounding scenery is absolutely beautiful. Among them, the Moon Hotel, Fisherman's Wharf and so on are all scenic spots worth watching.
