圓玄學院（英語：Yuen Yuen Institute），全稱九天冊立圓玄至道特級天壇，位於香港荃灣三疊潭旁的一所新興宗教團體，1950年由趙聿修、呂重德發起建造，於1953年3月15日舉行開幕。

圓玄學院在荃灣老圍村，隸屬於道教，亦以傳播中國傳統文化為己任。院內有設立靈位，所以每逢清明及重陽節都會有很多孝子賢孫前來拜祭。
