克羅地亞利卡-塞尼縣設有水療的酒店

旅遊多年從未見過一間酒店不提供熱水瓶又限時供應熱水只有用餐時間才有熱水可用在餐廳內的凍水是不能夠盛裝的，職員會警告你這些凍水只能在餐廳飲用不能愛用瓶裝走。 辦理入住手續時被酒店職員嚇破膽 我被告知預訂了八個房間，他拿起一疊紙逐一張在我面前數算說我訂了八個房間 我告訴職員我沒有這樣訂購 我只有四個成人怎會有八個房間我又出示了我的入住證明電郵 但他毫不理會此告訴我我的電腦是這樣顯示我不管你怎樣 從沒遇過這樣態度差劣服務欠佳的酒店而職員叫人嘆為觀止 之後是我自己找Trip.com由Trip.com的職員幫我處理這樣弄了一個小時才能正常入住而他們做錯了事。一句道歉也沒有毫不毫無悔意叫人憤怒。 另外有關於國16湖國家公園入住該酒店門票應該可以Extent的但他們回覆沒有他們也告訴Trip.com的職員沒有此服務實在令人憤怒 從沒遇過這樣蠻不講理毫無服務態度水準差劣的酒店業職員

這是一個非常令人滿意的酒店,位置也靠近Plitzviche湖公園,所以步行很容易。 因爲是木頭,所以不是現代的感覺,但是和那裏很搭,幸好因爲是1樓,所以搬行李很方便,但是2樓是樓梯,所以可能會有點不方便。 還有整體上遊樂場農場。準備了室外露台,可以在酒店充分享受,還有可以打檯球和飛鏢的遊樂空間,去湖水度過晚上也很好。 早餐很棒

浴室很乾淨,很新。早餐的高級工作人員很樂於助人。但是一張牀沒有做得很好。那張牀的牀單蓋很舊,不夠長,無法蓋被套。感覺很奇怪。 酒店本身就是步行到長廊/海邊的10-15mins。

從陽光明媚的朝南露台可以看到180度的大海。設施很好。洗碗機,烤麪包機,烤箱,大冰箱,大冰箱,如果你想迎合自己,就可以了。非常好的主人,滿足了每一個願望,總是證明
