印度尼西亞北蘇門答臘省設有SPA的酒店

西洋のお城の様な内装に加え、積極的なホスピタリティを感じるスタッフ。要望も即座に丁寧にこなして頂き、時間を有意義に過ごせました。 朝食では、経験したことのないインドネシア料理を堪能でき、部屋内にあるプライベートスパ等、低コストなのに新鮮で体験できない事が経験できました。 初めての宿泊ではなんとサプライズもあり、良き旅行の思い出の一つとなりました。

The road to the resort can imrpive a lot. Came when its rainjng season. Cant do many things. Just do resort tour.  Cab or grab pr other service poor here. Can improve a lot. Easier for foreigners to commute. Or provide a shuttle for us to commute.

Here we also booked non smoking rooms, at arrival we got one non smoking room only. We need to accept one smoking room. We did not accept and they said they have one more non smoking room but different floor. We accept this without knowing the danger of different floor with the kids. We stayed at 4th floor and children at 3rd floor. The things is kids got un easy during the night and wanted to go to us but the lift is only accessible for 3rd floor. They are in Panic and we were in Panic too. We call reception to ask help and instead of coming to help children they asked children to come down to the lobby reception than they activate 4th floor lift. Breakfast is moderate Service not desirable/standaard Hotel 3 / 4 stars small room. Not friendly atmosphere may be because we are the same like them Indonesian There is no attitude between hotel and guests

這家飯店非常適合家庭入住，地理位置優越，靠近Deli Park購物中心和Medan Fair購物中心，飯店員工非常友善。飯店旁邊有肯德基和Garuda餐廳，步行即可到達，用餐也很方便。前往游泳池也很方便。房間免費升等到了豪華房，總之非常棒！

房間很棒，入住體驗也很好。健身房樓層設有三溫暖、按摩浴缸、蒸氣浴和冷水池。泳池別緻雅緻。飯店很有復古風情，維護得很好。服務周到，還主動提供了額外的飲用水和更換床單。下次還會再來。

Karibia Hotel is located near the Kesawan area (the old city of Medan), making it easy to explore nearby attractions on foot. There are also plenty of artisan cafés around. If you’re here on a weekend, you can catch the car-free day event at Merdeka Walk, just a 5–10 minute walk from the hotel. Upon entering the lobby, you’re greeted with a pleasant scent that gives the hotel a luxurious vibe. The breakfast spread is quite good, featuring mostly Indonesian cuisine. The only downside is that there’s no smart TV. So if you’re planning a staycation and prefer to just stay in the hotel, it might not be ideal as there isn’t much to do; no swimming pool and no smart TV.

這和我5月份之前的旅行一樣美妙。房間不錯,乾淨,景色不錯,早餐不錯,品種很多。

我住在這間公寓的經驗真是苦樂參半。優點：公寓位於市中心附近的戰略位置，房間寬敞，基本設施齊全。但是，有兩件不愉快的事。首先，除高檔房型外，沒有無菸房。我進入了一個有殘留煙味的房間，可能是之前的客人留下的。其次，隔音效果很差。我的臥室正對著街道交叉口，任何汽車或改裝自行車的轟鳴聲都會傳入房間，就好像房間裡根本沒有窗戶一樣。儘管這不是他們從以前的客人那裡收到的第一個回饋，但公寓沒有提供耳塞，導致我整晚都睡不著。我預訂了 4 晚，但住完第一晚後就立即退房了。但服務還是相當不錯的。客服嘗試使用空氣清淨機吸出煙味，並試圖將我轉移到其他房間，但由於類似的噪音問題，但沒有成功。

這家酒店的位置靠近 USU 和購物中心。我喜歡這裡的熱情好客，清潔工每天都會打掃飯店房間，他們每天都會更換新毛巾。早餐菜單有點有限，飲料每天只提供咖啡、茶、白開水和柳橙汁水。無線網路速度很快。經濟標準間相當小，只能容納2人，如果您想帶孩子請預訂更大的房間。如果您正在棉蘭尋找位置好、服務好的經濟型酒店，我想Batik酒店是最好的賭注。我將來肯定會再入住這家酒店。

這家飯店位於主要的旅遊景點。然而，酒店有點破舊，而且他們沒有保持清潔。除了毛巾發臭之外，家具也過時了。馬桶有污漬。床單破了。電視訊號很差。而且飯店沒有電梯。不知道他們為什麼不把這些都改一下？ 這家旅館唯一的優點就是自助餐。種類繁多，而且大多數員工都很友善、樂於助人。 不行。以後我再也不會住這家飯店了。謝謝。
