地點不錯，但是飯店比較舊了。家具、地板等都比較破舊。床很硬不舒服。健身房相對較小，但你需要的一切都是優質的。泳池不錯，在向陽的一側，但是躺椅上全是污漬，不是特別舒服。 浦那的其他酒店條件要好得多。 早餐很好。吃得好。工作人員當然非常友好！浦那的人們都很棒。不幸的是，我們第二次得到了電梯對面的同一個房間。一直吵到深夜。可能不會再去這家飯店了。

Very big hotel, located close to the airport. Has a rooftop view, with restaurant and outdoor swimming pool. The planes landing and taking off can clearly be viewed from the rooftop. T1 is on a walking distance, where there are multiple options for food. Note: outside food is not allowed in the hotel! Rooms were nice and clean, a bit outdated in aesthetics, but nothing worn out or too old.

I made my base here when travelling for a friends wedding. My first time in India! The hotel was gorgeous and especially the rooftop. The spa treatment was well priced and very relaxing. In general the staff were very helpful too. I went in November, hotel seemed pretty quiet. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness as I could see some marks on the window(which is full length from floor to ceiling) but in general was a lovely place to rest whilst not out exploring :)

訪訪客位置優越。 房間整體乾淨,但一些傢俱似乎越來越舊,房間裏的地毯上有很多污漬和難聞的氣味,非常不舒服。 令人印象深刻的觀點。 餐廳的食物還可以,但雞尾酒時間的食物在課堂上非常低。 與前台有很多賬單問題很不幸,因爲他們向我收取了額外的金額(在我指出後他們逆轉了),但這樣的不幸並不指望五星級酒店。 總的來說,我建議在城市有多種泰姬陵連鎖選擇,可以以相同的(甚至更低)價格提供更好的服務

Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala. The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space. Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The well-curated menu of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ensured there was something for everyone. The bartender’s recommendations were spot-on, and the ambiance added to the charm of the evening. A special mention must be made of the resort's Christmas décor, which was absolutely delightful. From twinkling lights to thoughtfully arranged festive displays, the entire property exuded holiday cheer. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable. Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or a solo getaway, this resort has something for everyone. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lonavala, especially during the festive season when the resort is at its vibrant best.

訪訪客我不知道為什麼，我預訂了促銷價14,000盧布的房間，而且是在新泰姬陵塔樓。入住時，他們告訴我主歷史建築的接待處狀況。他們給了我629號房間，可以看到室內泳池。我讓他們確認了好幾次，但他們說一切都正確。問題是這棟樓的房間要貴得多。每晚30000盧布起，有景觀的房間每晚最高可達120000盧布！ ！ ！他們像國王一樣熱情地接待了我。這家旅館不是五星級，但遠遠超過五星級。一切都是頂級的，可惜窗戶關不上，根本沒有陽台。房間很大，浴室也很大，裡面有浴缸、淋浴，你能想到的設施應有盡有。服務無可挑剔。我中午12點退房，晚上9點就出發去機場了。也就是說，我在房間外、泳池邊以及外出遊玩了9個小時。沒人吭聲。沒錯，退房後WiFi會立刻斷開，但你可以使用2小時的客用WiFi。裡面所有東西都很貴。不過轉角處有一家歷史悠久的Leopold咖啡館，你可以在那裡吃到美味的食物。

Nnpilot88The hotel rooms are very spacious and have full-length glass windows. It's right next to the high way and very close to Goregaon Exhibition center. It's inside a compound and the trees planted all around gives it a secluded feel and also a good space to walk around. The breakfast buffet and all food options at the hotel are amazing! KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly. A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience. That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience. While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.
