土耳其特拉布宗省設有SPA的酒店

我對酒店非常非常失望,這是我第二次,第一次對一切都非常滿意,決定再次預訂,但這次我完全生氣了。不幸的是,我發現酒店處於非常不愉快的境地,但對於其工作人員和他們的效率,特別是接待人員來說,這是一個很大的加分。非常感謝他們。 讓我們陳述一下積極的點,入住和退房都很快,效率很高。位置很好。員工非常細心,效率很高。早餐很棒。每天打掃。有spa和泳池下來但這次沒用所以不能多說陽台的景色太棒了酒店的位置極佳 現在讓我們談談房間。一切都很舊,維護不好。牀單,牀罩,枕頭和枕套都是舊的,上面都有斑點。我到達時,我的牀單,牀罩和枕頭上有不同的斑點。我立即打電話給前台接待員,一切都改變了。Ac不好用。馬桶沖水壞了&不好用。地毯很舊。毛巾我什麼也說不出來,因爲我從來不用酒店的毛巾。 我喜歡這家酒店,但這次入住4天時看到的情況讓我非常失望。 總體來說還可以,過得去。

酒店內有一間不錯的房間,部分海邊,接待員友好,歡迎客,離市中心很近  但酒店的位置在高大上,停車難,門口的餐館,還有室,有一股令人不安的氣味。

The stay was wonderful, Located in the middle of the city away from the traffic We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport.. It came out that it was part of the fun The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows.. However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes, The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components.. Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming Definitely will stay there again

酒店房間非常好,房間裏有一間,離廣場和市場遠離的豪華房間。但海邊的餐廳非常棒,味道不錯,酒店服務也非常好,而且很快。租用的,由別人發放的

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Even though its old the hotel is well maintained & it is clean. Room’s size acceptable . Furniture old but clean, bedsheets, pillows and towels all clean. I only stayed for one night so it was ok. Important to me it was a clean hotel & it’s location was fantastic! .

我們第一次來特拉布宗，工作人員非常熱情，我們遇到了一些困難，但是工作人員非常高效的拉通內部幫助我們解決問題，餐廳的工作人員也很好。祝他們生活一切順利。

我的假期非常舒服和放鬆。特別美景每天都使得特別的東西。房間乾淨,維護好,給人帶來了很多舒適。友好和有幫助的工作人員把住完美地了。
