That's the end of our stay at this hotel in the executive suite. What we liked: Hotel location; Gorgeous landscapes from the room window; Pool area; Spacious swimming pool; Spacious room; The pool is properly planned; Very cute dogs and cats. They cheered us up.; The staff is very polite and tries to help with everything.; Relaxing massage; There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.; Your requests are being listened to. What didn't you like: A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked. We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food. •On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400. •When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited. •Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food. •The leaves in each salad were stale. •Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage. •There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone; I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours. •Hand soap has not been refilled in two days; • The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there; •The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected. • One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it; • Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes. Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask. I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

地點偏遠，不過飯店是有 當地叫tuktuk 車(其實就是Tricyle) $400，有大型行李也可以飯店派旅行車接送費用另計$1700，飯店有提供機車租賃或是包車行程服務喔，因為我是租車自駕所以其它費用可以詢問飯店，有免費停車但超過10點飯店人員會關門請他們開或是自行打開都可，好處因為偏遠所以安靜，當天入住都是歐洲旅客還好沒開趴所以沒感覺到吵，吐嘈那個門鎖真的很爛每次出去要鎖轉半天鎖不上..建議換一個鎖頭..，建議真的要放鞋架外面沒鞋架不知擺哪...，因為去年底才新開的所以設施都很新，房間沒有蚊蟲螞蟻除非你沒馬上關門，床不軟也不硬非常好睡，冷氣是大金空調非常安靜夠冷很好，這家除了牙膏牙刷其它需自備，完全沒有附，冰箱飲料除了水其它全都要付費喔！，淋浴排水不良容易堵住，熱水我看外面屬於太陽能熱水器所以熱水供應比較慢大約開2-3分鐘後水溫才變熱，房間衣架非常少只有附2個，插頭很多非常適合充行動電源跟手機的我們，有簡易酒吧，泳池水都很乾淨，服務生定期都會清掃，不過感覺到留守人員沒幾個白天2個晚上固定1位，早餐不錯都是當天早上做選擇不多但至少有飯後水果， 餐點味道非常棒，不管西式菲式都很可以，這價位住到這種環境物超所值

這次入住宿霧文華飯店，整體來說算是不錯的體驗。飯店位置蠻好的，生活機能方便，附近就有Mall（好逛也很多餐廳可以選擇）。 不過飯店大廳比較小，第一次去的時候可能會有點不好找，加上周邊道路偏窄，開車進出需要稍微注意。 服務人員都非常熱情友善。入住時需要支付押金，每晚每間房約 2,000 披索。房間的床非常大，睡起來很舒服，這點我很喜歡。 但隔音效果不太好，晚上容易聽到外面的聲音。另外浴室設備稍微老舊，淋浴水壓不穩、水量忽大忽小，排水孔排水效果也不佳，洗澡時容易積水。 晚間飯店對面會有一些特殊行業人士聚集，也會有小朋友來要錢，建議晚上出入要多留意安全。 整體來說，如果重視地點與大床舒適度，這間飯店還是不錯的選擇；但對於隔音與浴室設備較要求的人，可能需要多考慮一下。

我在宿霧枕頭飯店度過了一段美好的時光，從熱情的入住到豪華的客房，一切都是一流的。我為我的父母和我和我的伴侶預訂了 2 間房間。我和父母的房間都很寬敞、乾淨，而且可以看到令人驚嘆的城市景觀。床非常舒服，浴室配備了豪華的設施。 飯店內的餐廳供應美味的早餐，七樓的屋頂非常適合放鬆或喝咖啡，或在令人驚嘆的景色中抽煙。地理位置極佳，步行即可到達商店和景點。 工作人員很友好，很細心，確保滿足我的所有需求。唯一的缺點是停車場太滑，我走向汽車時差點摔倒，為了安全起見，停車場肯定可以改進一下。但就體驗品質而言，這是值得的。

It's a mixed bag. The location is excellent, offering a different, good sea every day. For safe swimming, you need to follow the tide schedule. The hotel grounds and plants are very well maintained; they're beautiful and clean. There's a long stretch of beach for strolls. Logistically convenient – there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops selling travel essentials, and a market with fresh produce nearby. A major drawback is the large construction site nearby, which can be heard all day, especially in the bungalows nearby. The rooms and bungalows are in fair condition. However, there are some serious downsides: every other day, it was impossible to shower due to low water pressure; when the pressure was low, the water heater wouldn't turn on; and the water had a strong sewer smell. At breakfast, the restaurant won't offer you salt, pepper, or sauces unless you ask. Drinks include juice from concentrate or coffee. Only after a week did we discover they offer tea for breakfast. The breakfast is very basic, and there's no fruit at all, which is surprising given the price of fruit on the island. There was trash on the beach all week, just a little bit, washed up by the sea. It was cleaned up quickly, as it didn't require much effort. But why is the beach cleaned only once a week? The hotel website advertises a shuttle service, but I advise against it. Personal experience: I sent a text message and email to the hotel on time; our ferry departed at 5:30 PM. We arrived on the island around 7:00 PM. We weren't met. We got there ourselves. A hotel security guard met us at the hotel and gave us our room keys. It immediately became clear that the light switch in the bathroom was causing lightning and could shock us, and the water heater wasn't working. The security guard said, ”Take this up with the management tomorrow; my concern is safety.” Information about room problems is not passed on to the management. So, we spent the first night without hot water or power in the bathroom. After we contacted them, they gave us a working room mid-way through the second day. They didn't apologize for the missed shuttle service, and they didn't offer the stated compensation for our independent transfer. Moreover, I received a welcome email from the hotel after only one day of my stay. The hotel has adequate staff, and the people are positive and friendly. However, management, quality control, and leadership are seriously flawed. The rooms are overloaded with text reminders, rules, and restrictions, many of which would be confusing to a normal person. Or does the hotel manager think only people with dementia stay at their hotel? Reminders and restrictions are completely unnecessary if guests are greeted promptly and the necessary information is provided electronically in their native language.

非常不錯的小酒店（定位為精品酒店）。食物很棒。價格比市區略高，但差異不大。 清潔、服務等都達標。 飯店附近有一個雖小但非常美麗的珊瑚礁，裡面有很多海龜（雖然下水不太方便，但所有地方都是這樣）。 我還想提一下缺點： 1. 二樓房間的淋浴水壓很弱，只有細細的涓涓細流（冷熱水都有）。 2. 離機場很遠（但宿霧的好地方總是很遠 :( ) 感謝飯店老闆 Mike，讓我們度過了美好的時光，並享受了周到的服務！ :)

8. 非常滿意的一次入住，酒店整體品質很高。房間乾淨整潔無異味，床品舒適，枕頭柔軟，睡得特別香。設施齊全，使用起來很方便，網速流暢。服務態度很好，前台温柔耐心，保潔阿姨也很有禮貌。環境安靜，隔音效果好，晚上休息不受打擾。地理位置優越，出行方便，周邊餐飲選擇多。衞生做得很細緻，沒有死角。價格合理，物超所值，不管是短期出差還是長期居住都很適合，強烈推薦。

缺點：沒有提供室內拖鞋，也沒有面紙，只有捲筒衛生紙 浴室乾濕分離但沒有完整的玻璃門，洗澡的時候水還是地板一樣會全濕，洗澡的玻璃是霧化微投票的，有人在洗澡的時候外面可以看到顏色輪廓，這個設計感覺有點尷尬 早餐不是buffet 是點餐式的，點了起司歐姆蛋不算難吃但是吃多了奶油起司味道很膩。我們入住的隔天早上遇到了跳電，電梯無法使用只能徒步從10樓走逃生梯到1樓😐 優點：人員都會幫忙搬運行李，協助幫忙看叫車並提送行李上車，櫃檯服務親切，有飲水機可以裝水👍🏼可以12點退房，排早上行程可以不用趕著回來退房

看了別人的評價訂的這家，到房間就傻眼了，大床是兩個床墊拼的，沒有褥子沒有被子，就一層薄床單，問酒店要被子就拿個破毛毯給我對付，説只有這玩意，重點床單和毛毯也是單人的。空調是窗式的，吵到睡不着，淋雨花灑有自己的想法，就是不好好給你洗澡，熱水器是電的，忽冷忽熱，國內招待所都比這強

我們的住宿體驗還不錯，但可以透過一些小的調整來改善很多。我們很失望地發現房間裡沒有水壺或茶/咖啡用品，我們認為這些應該是標準配備，尤其是在度假村。此外，瓶裝水僅在辦理入住時提供，而不是每天提供，這也讓我們感到失望。泳池周圍沒有像 Trip 應用程式上所描繪的照片那樣的太陽椅。海灘上的躺椅非常有限，所以永遠都沒有。早餐很令人失望，因為沒有麵包和水果，當我自己不吃肉和不喜歡雞蛋時要麵包時，沒有黃油。我從來沒有聽說過哪家餐廳沒有奶油！選擇非常有限，而且因為是輔助自助餐，所以只能配給你 1 個香腸和 1 個雞蛋。還有米飯，但沒有什麼可以搭配的。也沒有茶包可用，只有咖啡。沒有洗衣或摩托車租賃服務，這會讓我們的住宿更加方便，當被問及是否提供這些服務時，也沒有幫助找到這些服務。房間裡的插頭插座有限，很難同時使用我們的設備和充電。沒有沐浴露，只有一小塊肥皂，但沐浴露更好。考慮到入住日以外的日子不提供瓶裝水，如果有飲水機來為我們自己的瓶子裝水就太好了。總而言之，這是一次令人失望的住宿。除了漂亮的海灘之外，位置也很不方便，因為我們沒有意識到除了度假村本身之外沒有其他商店和餐廳可供選擇。
