Longjing Canyon is mainly about climbing mountains to see waterfalls, mainly Longyin Waterfall, Sandiebao Waterfall and Yuanyang Waterfall. The mountain is not very high, and you can walk back and forth in 30 minutes, but you have to climb stairs the whole way, which is quite a waste of legs. If you want to save some energy, you can walk to Jiangshan Duojiao Pavilion, go up the mountain along the stream from the right mountain road, walk about 12 minutes to Yuanyang Waterfall, and then return the same way. There is nothing to see if you go up again, and the other side is steeper and has more stairs. After going down the mountain, if you don't take a cruise, you can take a car down the mountain, and you will be back to the exit of Dongjiang Lake Scenic Area in about 20 minutes.
