M2c***xi家人们，来给甘露山文创城一个大大的好评！！华中最大室内滑雪场，6条雪道，最大落差73米，不管是新手还是大神都能尽情畅滑，雪质超棒，缆车快速又方便。玩累了就去宋式水韵商街一一甘露梦华里，文创产品琳琅满目，还能品尝特色美食。周边摩天轮、旋转木马等游乐设施丰富，很适合亲子游。停车场超大还免费，交通也便利，坐地铁转公交就能直达。强烈推荐大家来玩！设施够新,用着省心。场内装备很新，滑雪服、雪鞋、雪板这些基本没有磨损和异味，穿戴起来舒服又放心。场地也收拾得干净规整雪质出色，可这点必须重点说！雪的质地特别好，松软又细腻，不是那种硬邦邦的人造雪。我这种新手摔上去不疼,容错率高，对新手很友好！带娃的家庭也有去处，儿童娱乐区能让孩子玩得开心。

M86***12I went with a friend. We were all first-time skiers, so we were quite nervous. The staff were incredibly patient, guiding us step-by-step through how to put on our gear and how to balance. There weren't many beginner trails, so after a short practice, we were ready to go. We fell a few times, but it was a lot of fun. The lunch was also very affordable, and the service was excellent. I'd definitely come back!

You can eat on the second floor, with Shaxian, pots, hamburgers, etc. A portion of fried rice is 20 yuan, and a grilled sausage is 6 yuan. Because of the warm winter this year, the snow at the ski resort is very slippery, and my pants, socks, and gloves are all wet. Because there are too many people learning snowboarding at the ski resort, it is very difficult for beginners to slide down from the good side, and they need to know how to dodge.

The first step is to pick up your ski suit, then your ski boots, then change into your clothes and boots at the locker and put your belongings in. Finally, pick up your ski equipment. Beginners usually ski on skis, while more experienced skiers ski on snowboards. There are practice slopes, beginner slopes, and intermediate slopes. You need to bring your own gloves, but you can rent them if you don't have any.

The overall service is good, from ticket checking, changing snow clothes, getting snow equipment to entering the venue is very smooth. Even inexperienced beginners can enter quickly, and there are coaches for consultation at the door. There are three ski slopes in the venue, one for beginners, one for advanced, and one for high + medium (said to be 280m long)
