_FB***95This trip to Beppu Hell is really worth a trip. Self-drive tours are more convenient, all attractions have free parking spaces, very convenient! It took us almost 4 hours to visit 7 attractions, each with its own characteristics!

호마두When it comes to hot springs in Japan, it has to be Yufuin!!👍🏼 As soon as I arrived at Fukuoka Airport, I took a bus straight to Yufuin~ It took about two and a half hours, and I also made a reservation at a ryokan through Trip.com⭐️ I had a very leisurely time enjoying the hot springs and having a healing timeㅎㅎ It was really nice even though I went in August! I'll go back in the winter!!

heatherliiI went to this park with a friend! It was a great experience! Even though it was raining, the staff worked hard to maintain the atmosphere! There were plenty of places to take photos!

川流不息1980The entire train journey took a little over two hours. The section from Yufuin to Kurume featured typical Japanese countryside scenery, which was quite pleasant. The so-called waterfalls online were actually quite small (perhaps I misunderstood the train announcements). The train announced some scenic spots, though only in Japanese and English. The onboard interaction was also quite pleasant. The attendants explained which carriages had what, and you could even wear the train attendant uniforms and take photos. Finally, just before arriving in Hakata, they distributed candy printed in the train's iconic colors.

小土豆行旅You must try the B-speak roll cake on Yunotsubo Street (it is recommended to buy it early as there are many people queuing at the door), charcoal-grilled Bungo beef, shop at Nekoyashiki groceries, visit the Fairy Tale Village, taste the DIY fresh food made at the Jigokumushi Workshop, and soak in a century-old hot spring hotel with a view of Mount Yufu. It is recommended to take the "Yufuin Forest" train. The morning fog and red leaves in autumn and winter are the most magical!

tszkinstoneIn terms of beautiful scenery, Kinrin Lake is pretty good. But has it reached the level of being amazing? Personally, I don't think so. It's just a little more beautiful than ordinary lakes, and it has Japanese characteristics, so it has some extra points. But since we are in Yufuin, this is a place we need to visit.

mikan03At Kamado Jigoku, you can enjoy looking at the blue and red hot springs. (You can't get in because it's high-pitched.) The attendant will show you how the color changes and smoke comes out depending on the conditions. It was very interesting because you can't experience anything like that at other spots on the hell tour! I personally recommend Kamado Jigoku because there are also spots where you can enjoy things like foot baths and puddings on the spot!
