YellowcarnivoreSpent a whole day getting lost in 只有红楼梦 and there is still so much more to be uncovered. I only managed to watch 6 out of 21 performances (back to back shows are impossible as the place is HUGE), but there are some really good ones like 《四合院》 which explores the tension between old Beijing residents and newcomers from other cities (likened to 刘姥姥进大观园), and 《二商店》 which is set in the 1970s featuring an endearing character very much like 贾宝玉. The design of the entire complex is a work of art and I have not been to anywhere that is more immersive than this. Beyond being a feast to the eyes, I love how elements of 《红楼梦》 are thoughtfully and creatively reinterpreted in each space, blurring reality and illusion. It truly felt like a dream.

Anonymous userMy kids absolutely adore the zoo far more than Mandai. The themed playgrounds kept them entertained for hours, and the range of food options was impressive. With the wildlife park now rejuvenated and complemented by a resort soon, the experience feels complete. Bingo! We’ll miss this place and will surely return in two years’ time.

Andrew BeagrieAbout 30 minutes from Tangshan city centre, this wonderful ancientstyle water town has a lot to do. Night views are amazing. The boat cruise and the awesome live show are recommended. So many shops and different food stalls. You could easily spend a full day here but it's probably best to come once during the day and once at night. Can get VERY crowded on weekend nights. Kwena SI just hated the long lines however it was sooo amazing. I had sooo much fun. Next time am booking the fast track tickets as those did not have any queues at all. If you going do yourself that favour and book fast track tickets

XUANNERThe Grand View Garden is located downstairs from my former home. Objectively speaking, in winter, only the Spring Festival temple fair is worth visiting in the Grand View Garden. The other seasons, spring, summer and autumn, are all quite nice. The scenery is nice and it's more lively. There are many study Tours during the holidays and there will be guide teachers at that time. If you don't have an annual pass for the park, the ticket price is really not worth it. Especially in winter.
