It's nice house. Good architecture, but nothing special. No a marvel of design. Real gem of achitecture in Chernivtsi is art nouvea house next to city hall, where museum is located.

It maybe interest with the design but there was many out there. Instead, it built on the most busy area so you definitely see it everyday. It seem a residence, don't try to get in.
