This is placed by the V-Plaza hotel and in a nice position on the side of the river. So, although by it'self it's just a quick 5 minute visit the surrounding area is very nice and I would highly recom...

Nothing special and not worth visiting
Nothing special to note about this monument. Its in the middle of the V-Plaza Hotel car park beside the river. Takes 5 mins to see and walk around.
