Nice to view but was closed

This church sits in the middle of a city block. It is nice to view but was closed and we could not see the inside. It has a stately presence in town and can be seen from the Citadel not he hill.

When I saw Marekerk from the Leiden fortress I was intrigued to take a closer look. Despite the ongoing restorations the merits of the building were easy to spot.
