The building in Heilongtan Park was originally a building in Fuguo Temple. It was burned down in history and was rebuilt in Guangxu. The building is called Wufeng Building because it has 20 moths. The Fuguo Temple was destroyed in the first month of the Qing Dynasty in Tongzhijiazi (1864 AD), and was rebuilt in Guangxu in eight years (1882 AD). The most famous temple is the original "Free Forest" hall "Wufeng Building" (also known as "Fayun Pavilion"), its architecture is extremely exquisite, in the domestic and foreign are well-known, the hall is 20 meters high, for three-story octagonal moth pavilion, upper and lower a total of 24 moths, no matter from that direction, Five Fenglou, which is like five phoenixes that are flying, also got its name. The temple was destroyed during the Cultural Revolution, and only the gate building of the "Wufenglou" and the "Free Forest" was retained. It was moved to Heilongtan Park in Lijiang City in 1979 and was listed as the key protected cultural relics of Yunnan Province for visitors to see. Now the restoration project is underway.

Wufeng Building is located in Heilongtan Park, with a high atmosphere and a representative of Naxi architecture.
