Worth a visit here if only to support the worthwhile work being done by these people. Children will love it .

Nerja donkey sanctuary no longer exists. It was given an eviction notice by the town hall last year and they were given a certain length of time to find new premises. Unfortunately they didn't manage ...

Closed down! :(
I bought a large bag of carrots for the donkeys and, when I found the place on the map where the sanctuary should be, was told it had closed down. I was very sad.
