Painless experience for me. A departure board clearly listed the, er, departures & their bays, and I'd bought my ticket on-line so all was simple. I saw plenty of ticket offices, free toilets, etc...

Estacion del Prado de San Sebastian

A nicely designed and yet modest bus station. We saw it but we felt we had no use for it. Preferring to take the HOHO bus and later the train to Cordoba.
