Bund Sightseeing Tunnel

In the morning, before traveling back to the Oriental Pearl Television and Radio Tower, we visited the South Bund to tour around. Following our normal protocol in a new city we boarded a “hop on - hop off” bus to see as much as possible to determine where we wanted to go most. These pics are from that morning and includes a trip under the Huangpu River to Pudong on The Bund Sightseeing Tunnel.

The Bund, a 1.5-km embankment running along the western bank of Huangpu River, is the very landmark of Shanghai. The Bund Sightseeing Tunnel is a unique tourist attraction located in Shanghai, China. Nice experience, worth the price of 140 yuan ( round trip ticket for 2 persons). The tunnel connect the 2 sides of the huangpu River, is not a long ride, it is about 10 minutes in total. That’s why I’ll give 4 stars, expected to be a longer ride. The pictographic view is accompanied you ocean sounds, music and special audio effect. Worth the time to go!

The Bund Sightseeing Tunnel in Shanghai is quite the trip! It's a short, but trippy ride with colorful lights and funky music. A quirky way to cross the river and a fun, if not a little kitschy, experience! 🚇✨
