The service here is quite excellent with the staff being attentive to the appropriate degree and so well choreographed. The cuisine is also quite excellent, the vegetable cookpot was a presentation of vegetables and fruits as a truly delicious dish which showed the admirable genius and expertise of the chefs.

這個餐廳的服務一流，進去就是sir sir，一直叫，很有禮貌，感覺很高，感覺好菜品自然也覺得好吃，裏面的牛肉，還有原湯都不錯。

Hide，在這家餐廳用餐非常開心，我們都是點了牛肉的料理，一道：肉眼蓋/野菌/菌菇菠菜泥/紅酒醬；二道：西冷/烤菜/漬菜/咖喱；三道：風乾牛/佩科里諾/蛋黃意麵/醋粒。

當地一家格調非常高的中餐廳，環境沒話說，絕對一流，而且裝潢看上去乾淨，舒服，菜一道道都是走精緻量少路線，非常適合宴請朋友吃飯。

來這裏犒勞自己~~   創意法國美食，烹飪風格很有特色，令人垂涎欲滴

I celebrated my anniversary here. The food and service was topnotch. Our waiter for the evening was Ricardo and he has provided excellent service. Any questioned I asked about the food or wine, he explained everything in clear detail. Thank you Ricardo, your were amazing!!!

環境非常好的一家店，窗外的風景一流，裏面的鵝肝牛排超級好吃，牛肉很厚，鵝肝新鮮，還有龍蝦牛排，總體的規格非常高的一家店。

Exceptional food that lived up to expectations. We had the five course menu and every dish was declicious. The service was excellent too. Only complaint was that the dining room was fairly quiet and lacked a bit of atmosphere.

Everything is first class with this Restaurant with two exception, the food is not hot enough for our taste and the price of the wines are outrageous

It was birthday celebration with family. People were nice, as well as food. Drinks in my opinion overpriced in compare to similar places. Great view (i managed to book table at window).

Hotel restaurant with a typical Hilton setting and great Michelin standard service. However, the food was not good value for money. 2 starters, 2 drinks and the cote de boeuf for &pound;244. The scallop starter was &pound;36 and was very bland. The cote de boeuf (&pound;120) was big and tasty and came with really delicious dauphinois. There is better value for money to be had at similar restaurants on the Michelin guide. They gave us a small desert to share for our anniversary on the house which was a nice touch.

The score for speed references that they do not rush you. The meal took several hours which was perfect. Service was exceptional as was the scenery. Incredibly memorable and highly recommended
