Having visited the luxurious royal gardens in Beijing and tasted the delicate Suzhou gardens, I found the unique gardens in Guangdong Province. They are not as big as the Royal gardens, nor as cramped as the Suzhou gardens. They are perfectly integrated with the Chinese and Western elements. They also integrate the characteristics of the north and south of the Yangtze River, the Western-style stained glass, the willow trees in the north, the plane trees in eastern China, the longan trees in the past hundred years, and the exquisite wood. The stone carvings have to admire the designers and craftsmen of the garden.
