The villa is divided in the middle into two independent, equal houses with each 2 bedrooms suite. Each house accommodates max. 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children. Please ask for a special price if you need only one independent house with full privacy. The privileged, quiet location in front of Pipa's main sandy beach with warm water assures a perfect summer holiday rental all year long. The house is a solid build and designed for relaxed tropical living offering all modern comfort, individuality, and tranquillity. The large windows of the villa admit cooling sea breezes.
