Harbor walk
When visiting I believe they were just out of season. Several boats that offer dinner and site seeing tours, however none we're running while I was there for business. Nice and quiet area.

Satamankulma is a Gallery, Events Room and Theater. A place with very interesting and different options in Kuopio.
Cozy place to see a concert or a theater
