Not enough shade.
There is just not enough shade to the majority of this garden - it is a largely blisteringly hot and unprotected environment, therefore. Plant more trees please?

It’s a Magic Garden
My friend and I went to visit the Magic Garden while we were in Hampton Court. It was very busy as plenty of children were playing there. The staff during our visit were very friendly and helpful.
