Best trails around
I like to walk these trails but have many friends who travel here for the cycling. Always feel safe here.
Nice trails
Nice trails, well marked, but lots of trees down, this caused for quite a few of the bike issues. These trails have so much potential but unless you ride with a chain saw beware
Beautiful seculsion in the woods
Great camping sites. Friendly helpful staff. Awesome place to unplug .Kayaking , hiking, camping, hiking and great mountain bike trails all available. If you are 62 or over ask about senior discounts....
Great camping
We stayed for 2 nights and loved the campgeound5. Spacious clean sites...... updated bathroom/showers...... friendly people at check-in and much more. Loved that the sites each had a ring fire pit wit...
One of the best destinations in NC for Mountainbiking
Love the OVT trail and all the berms. Makes a very nice out and back ride of over 14 miles if you add in a couple of the side loops. Shiner's Run is a really fun roller coaster of a ride.
