尼斯的熱門公寓

I stayed in this hotel last week with my 81 year-old mother. I liked the location of the hotel and the initial impressions was quite favourable. Unfortunately, this is where it ends. Having booked a twin room, we ended up with a double bed. After enquiring wether this could be changed I was promised another room which I looked at but which also had a double bed. I then decided to stay in the original room because the receptionist did not know which rooms were made up as double or twin. She then promised to send someone the following day at a precise time to change the bed. The morning come and went. Nothing happened. I then contacted reception again, which did not know about anything. The day went by and finally in the late afternoon 2 grumpy women turned up, clearly causing them more work, and changed the bedding. The kitchen is modern and has a lot fo good features, but cheap and uncoordinated cutlery, no knives to cut anything decent. The 2 glasses were so small you could almost call it a shoot glass. Just a shame to have a fully functioning kitchen without much equipment to use. The bathroom is small and functional, but the main issue here is the height of the bath tub. How can anyone of a smaller statue even get in??? Not much room to put your toiletries either. Storage seems to be a general problem in the room as well since there is a wardrobe for hanging clothes but not really any storage space for folded clothes in easy reach. The carpet is dirty. There are no reading lights next to the bed and no lights close enough to the table. It was a very dim affair eating your dinner. There was a sign saying you cannot use the balcony for sitting outside or hanging things up. Why even have a balcony I wonder?? What makes me really negative is, that the hotel randomly charged my credit card which is just discovered today. Let´s see when I will get my refund. I am very disappointed with the lack of care and interest of the place.

接待令人震驚,每次我們需要幫助時,等待時間很長,客戶服務不好,沒有人會打擾。小酒吧不是問題,但沒有庫存甚至沒有冰。室內游泳池大小合適,但客人可以穿過用餐區,在電梯裏沒有鞋子,在用餐區裏走來走去。似乎有很多年輕人和家庭被安置在那裏,再次不是問題,但沒有酒店體驗或爲付費客人服務。房間真的很好,很乾淨,有很多空間,但我們到達的那天晚上,一位客人被毆打,不得不由醫護人員和警察照顧。不知道他們是如何按照需要的門卡進入電梯的。對我來說,節省的優雅是屋頂露台和游泳池,良好的空間,可愛的游泳池,以及英語和天氣對我們來說很熱的事實,我們擁有整個區域,因爲它對其他人來說很冷。火車幾乎直接在酒店後面運行,便宜,是進出中心的好方法,不會再住這裏了。

尼斯的這間公寓酒店自駕車比較好找，在路邊，門口小，停車口就是一道鐵閘門，入住後會給一個密碼，輸入後門會自動打開，按天收費，停車位小，大車比較難停。入住公寓的好處是比較方便，隨意，房間區分比較好，如果把客廳沙發牀打開，就有兩間卧室，小卧室裏的兩張單人牀非常小。門口小廚房可以簡單做些飯，但是沒有抽油煙機，其他鍋碗瓢盆都很全。涼台門、窗可以打開，納涼非常舒服，瓷磚地板，安靜，衛生，洗手間和淋浴室都比較小，廚房也比較小。到公共海灘方便，走十分鐘路可到，前往附近著名的景點還是需要開車。過附近兩個街區有小的家樂福超市，可以買菜做飯，總體不錯。

對着海，風光秀麗，日出日落盡收眼底。酒店為服務公寓，我們訂的是一室一廳，房間寬敞，三口之家很舒服，早餐也算不錯，尼斯酒店價格比巴黎低很多，現在又是淡季。因為是服務公寓，我們入住4天是沒有打掃的。另一個缺點是我們房間對着馬路旁的大路燈，窗帘又是全透明的，干擾睡眠，特別是大清早5點，那些燈照的像白天，睡在廳裏的人很幸苦。

Kleines, aber sehr familiäres Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und total hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist top. Sehenswürdigkeiten und tolle Restaurants sind alle in Laufnähe. Ebenso gute Anbindung vom Flughafen zum Hotel. Kommen sehr gerne wieder. Joachim und Nina

Perfect location, super helpful staff, atmospheric hotel ! The form of the apartment gives comfort during your stay in Nice. Easy access from the airport, close to tourist attractions, close to numerous bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. I definitely recommend !

9 月 29 日至 10 月 7 日，9 晚 我們在這家飯店度過了最愉快、最輕鬆、最周到的住宿。該位置靠近 Le Gare Nice-Ville，因此乘坐火車前往摩納哥濱海自由城以及蔚藍海岸沿線的任何其他地點都非常方便。停車場位於幾個街區外的購物中心，那裡還有各種商店、雜貨店、糕點店和當地的葡萄酒商人尼古拉斯 (Nicholas)。購物中心前面有開往舊城區和海濱長廊的電車。該街區擁有各種餐廳以及 Monoprix，您可以輕鬆購買一些美味的開胃菜、沙拉和海鮮，然後帶回公寓。我們在樓下的露臺上享用了艾瑪和科琳娜提供和烹飪的非常豐盛的早餐。牛奶什錦早餐搭配優格和草莓非常美味。一籃法國麵包、牛角麵包、巧克力麵包真是太棒了。炒蛋奶油味十足，濕潤又美味！艾瑪斯添加了一些普羅旺斯香草，科琳娜添加了羅勒。兩人都那麼好！拉馬丁公寓 - 我選擇這間是因為我喜歡客廳的顏色（天鵝絨沙發、華麗的花卉枕頭！）、特大號床（非常舒服！我可能會背痛，但這裡從來沒有）和小床在遊覽尼斯和美麗海岸的各個城市一天之後，我們可以在晚上坐在露臺上喝一杯。熱情的款待、高效的服務和慷慨的精神讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺。感謝 Julien、Emma 和 Corina 讓我們的住宿如此難忘。

Résidence neuve, très propre. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Les logements avec balcon donnent plein sud avec vue sur place piétonne. Les autres immeubles (essentiellement des bureaux) font obstacle au bruit de l'aéroport tout proche. Equipement en vaisselle un peu limite ; frigo trop petit, il faut faire souvent les courses. Loin des plages et du centre ville, il faut prendre le tram ligne 2 pour y aller (plage la plus proche Carras à 10 min en tram, intérêt moins fréquentée que celles du centre) ; centre ville à 25 - 30 min avec le tram. Proche des transports : nouvelle gare Nice-St Augustin (TER vers Cannes / Antibes / Grasse / Nice ville / Monaco / Menton) à 300m ; Arrêt tram ”grand Arénas” à 300m ; Gare routière pour l'ouest du département (Cannes, Grasse, Antibes, arrière pays) à 500m. Pas de commerce proche ; la superette la plus proche est à 600m Parc Phoenix à côté. Parking ”Interparking nouvel'R” à côté, mais peu pratique pour les voitures types SUV et plus gros car des passages étroits.

Our reservation on arrival was not entirely correct but in the end it was resolved. At the hotel, I would expect a change of used towels, add toilet paper and take out the rubbish which did not happen. The hangers were missing. The hotel is a bit run-down. I would not recommend breakfast, it is very poor compared to previous years. The hotel is not entirely for romance but enough for an overnight stay.

Hotel in ideal place (close to beach and city), own parking space, appartment style rooms; unfortunetly the the stay was disappointing as the hotel/furniture was aged, the breakfast poor with limited quality, no cleaning without notice on *********** (only in small print in booking confirmation), limited reception times, ...
