While some guests have noted that certain rooms can be on the smaller side, the overall comfort and ambiance receive high marks.   Dining Experience: The hotel’s restaurant, set within a rebuilt conservatory, offers a bright and airy dining space. 我們在入住前幾個小時到達切斯特,所以想問我們是否可以寄存行李,但是我們的房間已經準備好了,所以我們被告知可以立即入住!(偉大的開始!)我們還以折扣價格升級(那裏幾乎沒有什麼接觸) 外觀令人驚歎,旋轉門(可能是我最喜歡的酒店部分哈哈)和宏偉的樓梯令人驚歎!工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。 那天早些時候我割傷了手指,它繼續重新開放,其中一個工作人員非常樂於助人,因爲我跑了出去,幫我弄溼巾和額外的石膏。 房間本身很華麗!!我們可以看到後花園的景色,秋天的葉子看起來很好!牀很大很舒服! 我很想知道哪裏可以買到枕頭!!! 我討厭爬樓梯,但他們太宏偉了。 我們沒有在酒店吃飯,但我們在酒吧裏喝一杯,同時我們等待朋友,很可愛。食物看起來很好吃。 我唯一的問題是晚上奇怪的嗡嗡聲/嗡嗡聲,很難入睡。然而,我確實帶了耳塞,應該用它們,所以就在我身上哈哈! 如果我們/當我們訪問切斯特時,一定會再次入住這裏!

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and our choice was primarily due to its convenient location and excellent breakfast. It is very close to the airport and very quiet at night, surrounded by farms and grassland. We love the breakfast because it is not a typical buffet. Instead, you can choose from a menu with a great variety of options, all of which taste wonderful. The restaurant's decoration is also lovely, and you will be more than satisfied with the portions. The restaurant staff are passionate, friendly, and helpful. One point to note is that the reception area often has guests around, which is just an observation and neither positive nor negative. The receptionists always do their best and are very nice and professional. However, the room design is a bit outdated.
