1. Late check in due to the room still under cleaning.
2. The Front Office staff was not really helpful as I ask something regarding the parking, the staff just don't want to answer the question.
3. Most of the gym facilities were broken and cannot be use.
4. The book menu in the room does not display the menu instead ask the customer to call for enquiries which will make the decision to order longer.
訪訪客 I changed rooms four times after checking in (after 10pm). The first room, No. 319, and the second, No. 419, had air-conditioners that only blew hot air—no cooling at all. The third room, No. 428, had good air-conditioning, but both window handles were broken and couldn’t be locked, which made me feel unsafe.
Finally, I was moved to Room No. 430, which was much better—everything worked well, and it was also brighter than the previous rooms.
Thank you to the receptionist for being very helpful and accommodating with the room changes.
The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, a convenience store, and a 24-hour market.
