訪訪客這家喜來登酒店門面不大的,不起眼,大堂在樓上,不在一樓 ,整體和快捷酒店差不多。設施有些舊。尤其頂樓水龍頭頻繁共振,噪音擾人。
我們住了四晚,因為當地參團比如去十二門徒、小火車企鵝島幾條線路,離上車點 Hotel Windsor超級近,步行二分鐘就到了。這是非常不錯的。酒店前台有華人接待,溝通很温馨。前台還有一個金毛小哥,儘管我們英語不好他聽不明白,但竭盡全力幫助我們。第二天跟團出發早趕不上早餐,他給我們準備了豐盛早餐盒。退房還幫我們行李送上車,真的非常友好!

On 27th morning around 11:15am when i returned to hotel after breakfast, my card was not working for the elevator, so i went to the receptionist. Then i remembered i must have 2 separate bookings. So i showed her the booking, as she did not know Chinese n not familiar with the App with did not realize the booking reference no on top, she scrolled up n down for my personal document without asking my agree.
Then i showed her the no n she asked me to sit down to wait for the activation. My husband asked if she could let me go up first coz i had a stomache n needed go toilet. She replied with a smiling face n ordered us to sit down to the sausage chair or she she could cancel my booking n asked me to leave. I sat on n my husband still standing in front of the counter. Just 1 to 2 minutes, she asked me for credit card. I gave n said she didnt say PLEASe, she said she did but i didnt hear, how could one can listenedfor such long distance n how come the customer could not stand in front of the service counter, or booking could be cancelled by a receptionist?
Her name is PETE.
Then i went up for toilet n couldnt find my phone, i looked for it everywhere in room n couldnt find. Then i went down , PETE was not there n the other girl said she didnt see n PETE didnt hand or talked about the phone.
Then I went up again n looked for my phone, i went down again n this time PETE was there n I asked about it. Immedtately she took out the phone from drawer n i asked her why not reported or told her colleauge, she said she did. I said i had asked the girl n she has no idea of the phone n Pete didnt say anything. Pete said what do you want about it? I said someone must lied. She smiled.
I feel shame on her about her professionalism. Someone like that working in front office.
I write n i hope the service of the hotel can be improve.
