I recently had the pleasure of staying at [Hotel Name], and my experience was nothing short of wonderful from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining modern elegance with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The lobby immediately gave me a great impression – spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated – and the staff at the reception greeted me with genuine smiles and efficiency, making the check-in process smooth and quick. The room I stayed in was exceptionally comfortable. It was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I needed, from a cozy bed with crisp linens to a well-stocked minibar, a flat-screen TV, and reliable Wi-Fi. The bathroom was another highlight: clean, modern, and fitted with high-quality amenities. One small detail I appreciated was how quiet the room was; I could truly relax without any disturbance from outside noise. The service throughout my stay was outstanding. Every member of the staff, from housekeeping to the concierge, went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. They were always polite, attentive, and ready to help with any request, whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local restaurants, or providing extra towels within minutes. The hotel’s location was another big plus. It is conveniently situated close to [city center / tourist attractions / business district], making it easy to explore the area without spending too much time commuting. Despite being centrally located, the hotel still offered a sense of peace and privacy, which I really appreciated after a long day out. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. From fresh fruits, pastries, and cereals to hot dishes and freshly brewed coffee, everything was delicious and well-prepared. I also had the chance to try the restaurant for dinner one evening, and the quality of the food and presentation truly exceeded my expectations. The facilities were equally impressive. The fitness center was well-maintained and equipped with modern machines, and the swimming pool area was clean and relaxing – a perfect spot to unwind. I also noticed the hotel offered a business center and several meeting rooms, which would be ideal for corporate travelers. Overall, my stay at this hotel was outstanding in every way. The combination of comfortable rooms, excellent service, convenient location, and great amenities made my trip unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting [City/Destination], whether for business or leisure. I am already looking forward to staying here again on my next trip.

酒店地理位置很好，在巴登巴登應該算是最好的酒店了吧。位置在飲泉大廳和**的對面。不出意外，一開始也沒給到我預訂的房型，經過交涉給換成了大的房型。所以説如果英文不好，在歐洲定房間就定基礎房，千萬別加錢定別的房型，因為他們肯定會給你差的房型，這個是我經驗之談。酒店離中心區域很近，步行在幾分鐘之內，酒店附近有個獅王酒店的餐廳非常受歡迎，基本客滿，老闆娘親自服務。點了豬肘和烤排骨味道很棒。酒店的早餐很好，服務也周到。巴登巴登是個輕鬆浪漫的度假城市。

酒店的優點是：總體還是乾淨衞生的，所處地段不錯，U和S都是近在咫尺，逛街還是一些著名的旅遊打卡地都在周圍，早餐還不錯，酒店的工作人員態度總體好！ 缺點：房間格局受限，單人房的床較窄且枕頭太軟，設施不太理想，沒有空調。 感受：值得入住！

收到後我們受到了不友善的接待。我們仍然需要支付一些費用，並且想用現金支付。機器不接受剛從機器上取出的紙幣，之後我們被指示用卡片付款。美好的。我們把東西搬到房間，我去遛狗。那個不友善的人立即出現，再次不友善地問我是否付過錢。我也是這麼想的，但是查了之後發現並不是這樣的。我必須稍後才來付款。 由於整個待遇很糟糕，我決定只在離開時付款。我先生生病了，需要休息，所以我在門上掛了「請勿打擾」的牌子。 2小時後我們敲門了。 2小時後我又沒開門。如果我想付錢養狗的話。是的，明天早上！ 我以前從來沒有經歷過這種事！離開時，我問為什麼需要敲門，因為門上有標籤。他就這麼怕我們不付錢嗎？ 答案是，現金錯了。 我們經常旅行，但我們永遠不會再去這裡了！

The highlight of our stay at Bad Hotel Überlingen was definitely the spa area. It felt very new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The sauna resting area, in particular, stood out—it connects directly to a garden, and from there you have a beautiful view over Lake Constance. Stepping outside for fresh air between sauna sessions, with that view in front of you, was genuinely relaxing. The gym, on the other hand, felt a bit disappointing. It’s quite small, and strangely, there were no weights available. It seemed like all the equipment was locked away in a physio or personal training room, which made the space feel incomplete for anyone wanting a proper workout. Breakfast was a much more positive experience. The selection was excellent, easily better than what I’ve come across in most German hotels. Everything was well presented, and the refilling was always timely, so nothing ever felt empty or neglected. That said, the service was a little inconsistent. One staff member—a dark hair runner in the restaurant—handled a small issue with a pepper grinder poorly, initially dismissing the concern instead of checking it. Thankfully, another server stepped in quickly and resolved the situation before it escalated further. Parking is available either at the hotel or at the car park across the street, both at €17 per day, which is straightforward but something to factor in. What really ties everything together is the location. The surroundings are beautiful—the lakefront promenade is just there, perfect for a walk, and there’s a nearby park with a charming tower that adds to the scenery. The Bodensee-Therme Überlingen is also just around the corner, making it easy to extend that spa-like feeling beyond the hotel itself. In the end, Bad Hotel Überlingen is a place where the setting and spa experience really shine, even if a few details—like the gym setup and some service moments—don’t quite match the overall potential. This is one of the very few hotel I would love to stay over again.

酒店是新的，地段很好，離火車站很近，樓下就有REWE。剛入住的一天房間很乾凈，後面兩天都沒來打掃房間，垃圾桶都滿了。跟前台説了房間沒有潤膚露但是有兩瓶沐浴露，他們也沒來換。

酒店很利,與其他Ibis Styles不同,有點太簡單了,看起來更像是Ibis紅酒店。

對於巴登巴登兩晚之旅來說，這家飯店簡直完美。飯店位置絕佳，毗鄰溫泉浴場、商店、餐廳、公園以及前往機場和默克爾（以及其他必遊景點）的巴士站。 這家旅館簡直挑不出任何毛病，我們完全被它的出色表現所震撼。每個細節都經過深思熟慮，完美無瑕。我原本期待著以如此超值的價格享受一次經濟實惠的體驗，但結果卻完全不符合預算！ 我們的房間一塵不染，大小適中，非常舒適。床鋪超舒適，有厚重的羽絨被和兩個不同尺寸的枕頭。浴室配有柔軟乾淨的毛巾和高品質的盥洗用品。房間內燈光完美，設計合理。收納空間和衣架充足。房間裡有蒸氣掛燙機、吹風機、水壺、保險箱和咖啡機。強力淋浴，配備三種檔位。我們住的是臨街的房間，完全沒有噪音。 入住和退房（中午12點才辦理，非常方便！）超級簡單快捷，酒店提前為我們安排了入住，非常貼心。休息區超酷，還有自動販賣機販售飲料和小吃。 我們沒有使用這項服務（因為我們直到最後一天才知道），但飯店前台可以租用轉換插頭，如果需要的話，還可以提供雨傘和沐浴袋，方便您去水療中心。健身房24小時開放，但我們還是沒用。我們使用了安全且免費的行李寄放室，真是太棒了！ 我強烈推薦Tribe！
