The room is big and spacious. Near to LRT station. The price is reasonable. We ate at the hotel cafe and got 20% discount which is special offer
for hotel guest.
訪訪客這家酒店對待中國人很差勁!! 他們的前線人員只會一副不耐煩的樣子向說普通話的客人說不懂中文。前台大堂經理Pavithra處理我的房間事宜,極度不專業。而且在我面前不停處理其他事務,我哋入住他用了30分鐘。這件事已經向酒店總經理反映。這位員工應該需要再好好培訓。
房間分開兩個wing,訂普通房的注意,去游泳池要往大堂轉成另一個Wing的lift。整體感覺很不方便。電梯都是很少,如每人帶行李,只可3-4人擠進電梯。每次都要等很久才能上房間或到大堂。早餐還可以,選擇挺多。環境闊落乾淨。員工服務不錯
I checked in on 15 February around 8pm. Booking through trip.com for one night twins bed with breakfast. And I booked another two rooms from 16-17/2 for executive floor. When I approached to check in counter. A lady was at front desk. I asked if I can check in. I gave her passports and told her that I have two different booking which I think she can more easy to arrange rooms for me. When I talk to her, her answer was “I need to check, I need your confirmation.” Alright. I let her check , I prepare my conformation. And I wait and wait, this lady was seems super busy, always chatting with her front desk colleagues, answering phones. Etc. after 5-10mins of her checking, her reply to me was because my booking were different room categories. So I need to room change. I asked her if I can stay in same room. She said I can pay for room Upgrade to executive floor then I can stay in same room. I asked how much it cost. Another wait…..wait….in front of her, busy on phone again. Calling concerige about no staffs at counter. She told me I need to wait for another one hour if I want to upgrade in executive floor. I said I don’t want to wait again. Then I asked for my originally room key. This lady asked me to check out at 12 and wait for room change tomorrow! I was so surprise that Hilton hotel did this to their in house guest. I thought I was in a two stars hotel. I don’t mind to pay for upgrade just because the room is not ready at 8:30pm, and this lady asked me to wait for an hour! So may I ask what is your standard check out time? And this front desk lady start to say is because I book two different room categories and because I want to stay in same room. So, I have to wait. I asked her name, her name tag was completely hide from her jacket collar. This lady name is Pavithra. My comment to her is, she is not professional, no attentive to guest, attitude is really really bad! I told her should not do this to in house guest. She called someone and on the phone again and disappeared (went to back office) I think. She is not capable to be a duty manager unless this is not Hilton! Bad attitude to guest, blaming that is my booking rooms are different. The most unacceptable things she called a security staff to stand next to me!!! She said to security “I need you to standby.” Is this Hilton style that you treat a lady guest? I cancelled my following booking. It is an extremely unacceptable experience even in hotel, especially Hilton! This lady Pavithra is completely the reason that I will never come back to this hotel. Front desk staff is always a first impression and must have professionalism. If she is so busy handling her work load! Please stay at the back of the office! And don’t show your unprofessional face to greet any guest!!!!! I am sad that your company has a staff like her. Good luck to your hotel!
匿匿名用戶It's an average hotel but the service is good. I would recommend Bary Inn for those travelers who will just stay in Malaysia for a couple of days.
The location is 20 minutes away from the airport.
