澳洲昆士蘭的4星級酒店

Place is amazing clean , fresh and of high standard . But when it comes to booking and service this is another story .. for the money I paid to stay 2 night I thought this would be the perfect place to rest I’m 5 star style .. place yes , service a disaster. Firstly when I arrived at Swiss bel .. I went to reception to book in as I booked online a queen bed room he asked if I had a vehicle I said yes agreed to the $35 a night and he said he would just take it out of the bond I paid at end if that was ok I said yes perfect .. when I got up to my room it was 2 single I called reception and advised I had booked a queen bed and there is 2 singles he said oh the house keeper hadn’t changed the beds or didn’t look at booking , I asked if someone could just come up and fix .. he said there is noone to do this now come down and j will find another room for you . I went down stairs said I would go get something to eat and when I come back hopefully a room will be sorted. I came back he advised me that he had upgraded me and I asked if I could have the new key and I will switch rooms and come back down with the other key to save me bringing my luggage down and then back up again. I got to room and key didn’t work to go to 6th floor . So I brought my luggage down and told reception that key didn’t work . He said sometimes this happens with those keys /actually quite often said he would come up with me and check . Yes card did not work so he used his staff card to let me in said he would fix and come back . He came back 10mins later to test and it had been foxed . Not sure what the upgrade as as room was smaller than the first , had no shower gel (was empty container when I went into have a shower) thought it may have been replenished on next day with room Clean still empty on second day and cleaner took face washers and never replaced them so I washed with shampoo and a hand towel .. when I came back on second day went to put card into open the car park and it didn’t work .. I went to reception to let them know I was trying to get into car park and the card doesn’t work, she (Asian lady) advised me that I hadn’t paid for parking .. I had to explain everything from the night before then asked me they will take it out of my bind I said yes that’s what I agreed with the night before . No apology just more interested in getting payment for parking. She added parking to Card then said she would come out and make sure it worked as I said the night before man had to come And make sure carry worked she forgot card for The card so Went back into get then came out .. followed me down then gave me a card .. I later received a phone call from a lady called Theresa asking how my stay was and I explain that it has been the most disappointing experience I have had ever ! Explained the above she said she would come and replace the shower gel and face washers I said it’s ok I have already had my shower used a hand towel and shampoo because I’m already in bed .. she said that I hope that my stay apologetic on my experience already , I hope it is better from now and if I need anything to contact her and ask for Theresa I said thank you I appreciated the call … then then 10 Minutes later she comes knocking on my door I have to get dress to answer the door she knocks again I said I’m coming She is at the door with the shower gel and face washers getting me out of bed . I understand why she brought it but I told her I was in bed and I had already showered . So then I go to hand my key in to check out to be told I have outstanding parking I need to pay .. I advised Theresa that it is coming out of the bond payed and this has been told now to 3 people .. as I said place is absolutely fantastic.. apart from missing shower gel and tissues Not sure what or how I was uograded as the room was smaller and no window as in first room 506 to 606

酒店的地理位置很好，只需沿着沙灘步行10分鐘左右便到衝浪者天堂。在房間的露台看出愛的景色很美，我們被安排住在17樓最高的那一層，能遠處看到海景也不錯。因為我們有三個人，睡房及梳化床都很大，讓我們睡得很舒服。有機會再來會再預訂這裏😀

位置優越,公寓可愛,設施一流。我們真的很享受我們的住宿,會很高興再次回來。強烈推薦!

從辦理入住開始就有點麻煩。你得去隔壁街區的另一家飯店辦理入住。這裡根本沒有停車位。我打電話過去，結果轉接到一個不在飯店的客服中心。 第一次通話：是的，你可以停在訪客停車場，按門鈴他們就會讓你進去。 第二通電話：我把車停在車道上，卻找不到能聯絡到前台的門鈴。接線員聽起來很困惑，我掛斷了電話，這時有人出來了，所以我偷偷溜了進去。 第三次通話：我停在訪客停車場，搭電梯上去，結果出來後發現是另一棟大樓。她聽起來還是很困惑。如果我出門，沒有門禁卡就進不去了，所以我問她我該往哪裡走。沒有任何指示牌告訴我怎麼去Ivy and Eve公寓。最後我終於找到一個工作人員，他帶我去了前台。搞定了。至少我是這麼想的。 我在前台辦理了入住。接待員非常熱情友好，也很樂於助人。所以我想，直到我到達我即將入住的下一棟建築的停車場。她給我的紙條上寫著「您的停車位是131號，位於55樓」。我開車進去找55層131號停車位，但這兩個地方都不存在。 第四次打電話：我的停車場在哪裡？我是不是漏掉了什麼？要知道，每次打電話都要我提供所有資訊才能核實預訂，我已經很厭煩了。她找到了我的預訂信息，說：「哦，對了，您的停車位在B1層的55號。」（看照片就知道我為什麼會感到困惑了！） 我在停車場裡轉來轉去，尋找55號停車位，但我還是找不到。所有停車場都標有“藝術館”字樣和四個數字。好吧，也許是最後兩個數字？還是沒有。轉了一會兒後，我才發現停車場地面上的數字和標誌上的完全不一樣（我之前沒看地面，因為標誌上寫的是「藝術館」）。 最後，我終於找到我的停車位了。另一位一臉茫然的客人停下來問我他的停車位在哪裡，我解釋說是地上的停車位，不是藝術館的標誌。看來我不是唯一一個。 好吧，停好車，上樓去1106房間，當然在10樓。哈哈，這很合理。我一打開門就聞到一股潮濕發霉的味道。感覺像是被水淹過，但沒徹底晾乾似的？我打開了所有的窗戶，但沒用，只好去買了空氣清新劑來遮掩一下味道。 我們整晚和第二天都開著所有的門，味道才有所改善。如果你想找個地方窩在家裡看Netflix，躺椅可能不太舒服，但床真的很舒服。房間非常乾淨，這點很棒。洗衣機和烘乾機也很好用。 如果我知道還要去另一棟大樓辦理入住，我就不會訂了。也許……我錯過了提到這一點的部分嗎？啊，好吧，總的來說我們住得很愉快，但開頭不太順利。

房價便宜，因為早起趕飛機所以訂了間便宜一點的酒店，唯一的缺點是換到了低層殘疾人房間，第二天要早起也就沒要求換房間，樓層較**聞到樓下餐廳的油煙味，建議訂高樓層的

訂了豪華雙床房，有露台的正對泳池，在露台與老公休息時碰到了蟑螂，嚇到立刻回房間。房間設施沒有到不滿意，但竟然連熱水壺都沒有牙膏牙刷那些要另外再要求提供，下次會考慮第二間，因為地點不是太好

不要預訂豪華兩張雙人床房，這個房型在低樓層，挨着整棟大樓的通風機（見最後一圖），噪音蠻大，雖然關上門窗，隔音效果還可以。城景房和海景房樓層比較高，有時候價格才貴一兩塊人民幣。房間乾淨衞生，設施是比較老，保險櫃超大聲，浴缸下水很慢。不過性價比很好了。早餐不錯，工作人員都比較熱情。是不錯的選擇。

1、位置佳，交通便捷：酒店位於市中心CBD，從機場乘坐 AirTrain 20分鐘到 Central Station,沿着Ann Str.步行5分鐘即可抵達酒店。返程也是乘坐20分鐘火車到布里斯本國際機場。酒店就在City Hall隔壁，步行到 Queen Street Mall 3分鐘。到昆士蘭大學（St. Lucia Campus）可以步行7分鐘到布里斯本河邊的North Quay乘坐ferry,全程20分鐘。還可以在酒店馬路對面乘坐R586免費接駁公交車30分鐘左右到Fruitgrove火車站,乘火車30分鐘左右到Helensval，轉乘G-Link輕軌20分鐘到Surfers Paradise. 以上均可用在機場火車站購買的 Go Card，感受下Queensland的惠民政策。 2、 酒店設施齊全，服務規範： Mercure 和 Pullman 共用一個大門和大堂，前台接待友善專業，沒有遇到預訂之前讀到的一些抱怨和差評，例如入住時沒有收按金；房間的確沒有提供牙刷和拖鞋，電話告知就送過來了；離店早上還讓前台提前準備好了早餐袋子隨手帶走。 3、早餐豐盛，品種多樣：是傳統的英式早餐，有各種麪包奶酪火腿培根雞蛋香腸香菇西紅柿，也有各種飲料和水果，個人偏愛現做的omlette和toast，還有薰三文魚和cereals。食客中同胞很少。順便推薦下： Queen Street 是步行街，有幾個大商場，裏面都有 food court, 有各種口味供選擇，包括中餐，日餐、印度餐、墨西哥餐、西餐等。還有個大超市 Woolworths 值得推薦！

酒店靠近碼頭，酒店後面就有凱恩斯目前唯一一家中餐館川香園和一家超市，酒店對面就是一個公共泳。酒店套房相當不錯，面積也夠大，套房內廚具、餐具也比較齊全，還配備了洗衣機和烘乾機，該酒店的唯一不足就是打掃衞生要另收費。
