加拿大安大略省的4星級酒店

非常不錯的酒店，就在國會山附近，而渥太華旅遊主要景點也就是這個國會山及周邊，所以入住後可以步行遊覽周邊。其次，離唐人街也很近，可以解決吃飯問題。酒店房間很大，很寬俗，設施標準。唯一不足就是停車要收費。

The parking, although costing, could not have been more convenient. The location was also outstanding, being so close to the CN-Tower and many restaurants. The unit was great and I'm so glad i requested an upper floor with a balcony as the weather was nice and we sat out there many times, day and night. So nice having two bathrooms and the extra bedroom for extra space. Very well appointed as well. I left to go to the hockey game and realized I had left my key in the room and I was freaked as I didn't know how I'd get back in, as the rental company is not onsite. I got in touch with them and they reminded me that it must be unlocked as the key is need to lock the door from the exterior. Stupid me didn't remember that so disaster averted, although the unit was unlocked. The concierge did go up to make sure it was indeed unlocked and untouched to their eyes. Overall, would love to come back and stay there again, totally satisfied. Thanks again for your assistance with the key debacle..MSP

衞生： 酒店從內而外衞生條件完全沒有問題 很乾凈 環境也很好。 服務： 叫早 交車 上門服務都有，但總感覺工作人員不太有耐心。行李需要自己推車搬上樓（因為是從蒙特利爾到渥太華搬家所以帶了四個箱子），叫完車後也不告知車什麼時候來 車牌號是什麼 設施： 設施不太全，沒有一次性拖鞋，刷牙杯和其他清潔用品。queensize房間配有咖啡機 但是灰塵也蠻多的不大敢用 如果要入住最好自己準備好必要的用品。

中轉途中選擇預訂的酒店，還挺滿意！ 設施：設施齊全乾凈，有飲用水提供，卧室浴室寬大，大床舒適，有寬大電視機，衞生間部分把手有點老化，需要自己攜帶牙具 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：夜晚安靜，距離機場較近，附近有麥當勞，但離市區距離較遠，適合旅途中轉，不適合市區遊玩 服務：服務很好，方便快捷，前台流利的英語辦理入住，早上五點半就可以退房，有來回機場的接送機巴士服務

不幸的是，我的語言能力不太好，辦理入住時，接待員對我非常傲慢。後來我在接待處遇到的工作人員就友好多了。 飯店位置一般，但步行即可到達所有地方。 早餐僅提供單點。 房間：通風很吵，淋浴龍頭壞了——當我指出這一點時，他們的回答是：是的，很麻煩（顯然他們不想改變任何事情）。陽台門鎖不嚴。房間門嘎嘎作響。 不過房間很乾淨。 泳池的角落很髒。梯子開始生鏽了。浴巾上沾滿了污漬。泳池邊沒有躺椅。 當我要浴袍時，他們報以傲慢的微笑。浴袍什麼也沒提供。 雙樹酒店和四星級酒店——這次（我經常住在這家連鎖酒店）令人失望。我不會再預訂這家飯店。

位置靠近機場，有免費巴士接送機，很方便！ （距離機場 10 分鐘路程，每 30 分鐘一班，無需預訂）隔壁就有 24 小時便利商店和加油站 A&W，也提供客房送餐服務。設施並不是很乾淨，但對於第二天快速離開來說，這是一個不錯的選擇。

這次入住Great Canadian ****** Resort Toronto整體體驗算是不錯，適合想要吃喝玩樂一站式的旅客！ 酒店房間空間很大，而且整體很新、乾淨，床也很舒服，住起來很放鬆。最方便的是樓下就是**和餐廳，不用出門就可以娛樂、吃東西，選擇也蠻多，很適合短暫度假或週末放鬆。

作為機場直連的酒店，這家喜來登最核心的優勢就是與客運大樓無縫銜接的便利度，完全不用再擔心趕早班機的手忙腳亂。像我早上7:15的航班，從房間步行到登機閘口全程從容，不用早起打車、也不用扛着行李在機場裏奔波，尤其在多倫多的冬天下，不用面對室外寒風，這點實在太加分。 服務體驗也相當不錯，辦理入住的過程高效順暢，工作人員態度友好，對轉機旅客的需求響應很及時。房間整體是近年翻新的現代風格，床品柔軟舒適，衞浴設施乾淨整潔，獨立淋浴間的使用感很好，能滿足轉機旅客的休息需求。公共區域的大堂和走廊維護得很整潔，整體氛圍安靜有序，不會因為緊鄰機場而顯得嘈雜混亂。 唯一需要注意的是，機場酒店的價格普遍偏高，餐飲選項也相對有限。但對於早班機、紅眼航班或需要轉機過夜的旅客來説，這裏的便利性幾乎無可替代，不用額外通勤、能睡個安穩覺再從容出發，這份省心的體驗，足以抵消其他小遺憾。

我晚上8點才入住，明明預訂的是雙人床房，結果卻被安排到了只有一張特大床的房間，所以我不得不立即退房。我不知道入住的工作人員是不是漏看了我的預訂，他們告訴我我預訂的房間已經訂滿了，這讓我有點不爽。他們道了歉，提出了各種條件來簡化手續，但我還是有點失望。 ㅠㅠ 不過，我還是非常感謝工作人員的辛勤工作。 對於從美國過來的旅客來說，這家飯店的位置很方便，只需過彩虹橋就能到達，不用走太多路。 10樓是享用早餐的地方，景色最佳。 ^^

I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.
