整體體驗還是不錯的，這個房型的樓層數是5～11層的，check-in的時候跟前台説想要高樓層看瀑布景，前台也很nice，説給我們安排了最高的11層，而且個view都很好的～
因為很冷，就直接在他們的餐廳吃晚餐啦，餐廳的食物也挺不錯的～
聖誕當天有燈光秀和8點有煙花，在房間就能欣賞～

CONS:沉重的房間門砰的一聲巨響,速度很快,會砍掉手指,吹出耳膜,搖晃牆壁。我每個門都砰的一聲醒來,很難不。介意吹花錢建造酒店,不考慮有質量安全的安靜門。
解決方案!我不得不用一些“白色噪音”來淹沒瘋狂的門砰的一聲。
******是煉獄氛圍中一條毫無生氣的終點,但我不是那種活動,也不是爲了那個。
如果你想擁有一個乾淨,新,大多安靜的不錯的酒店,如果你找到一個好交易,這是一個不錯的選擇。
服務我從來沒有點過食物,但補充茶和咖啡是可以的,如果儲存,沒有牛奶替代品和無聊的食物清單,以支付過高的費用。

辦理入住時，我們預訂的兩臥室套房竟然是家庭套房，其中一間臥室裡有兩張大床，另一間臥室裡有一張沙發床，而且只有一間衛生間！這對我們兩對成年夫婦來說實在太不合適了。我們提出要求後，飯店工作人員幫我們換到了另一間「兩臥室」套房，每間臥室都有一張特大床，而且有兩個衛生間。這間套房比之前的房間好多了。而且這間套房樓層更高，還能欣賞到尼加拉瀑布的更美景色。總之，我們度過了一個美好而難忘的一晚！

房間很乾淨，但相當老舊，有一股霉味，讓人想起濕毛巾的味道。床和枕頭很舒服，這是一個優點。但是沒有提供牙刷、牙膏或拖鞋。房間裡的咖啡機托盤裡積有水，可能是前一位客人使用時留下的，而且似乎從未清洗過。此外，房間裡沒有提供熱水壺或瓶裝水，這令人失望。 大廳、走廊等公共區域都有一股濃重的漂白水味道，讓人難以忍受。
自助早餐是一大亮點。只需 20 加元，它就提供了多種選擇，而且品質非常好，非常超值。
服務有點參差不齊。餐廳員工，尤其是 Erica，非常棒——細心、禮貌、周到。她會與每一位客人確認，以確保他們對用餐感到滿意。不幸的是，有些男性員工似乎不太願意為非白人客人提供服務，這令人失望，也讓體驗感覺不那麼受歡迎。
我還想特別感謝接待處的 Chitra。我提前到達，她特意為我安排了入住，甚至設法安排了提前入住。她還告訴我 IHG 會員可以享受延遲退房的優惠，但另一位男接待員沒有解釋這一點就直接拒絕了我的請求。
總體而言，這家酒店有點貴，但早餐和服務（尤其是 Erica 和 Chitra 的服務）彌補了其他一些缺點。

訪訪客sehr gutes Hotel, sehr sauber und freundliches Personal, Parkgebühren auch ok mit 23$ für 24h man kann aber auch ein Parkticket an der Rezeption bekommen, wenn man öfter am Tag mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, sonst zählt jedesmal 23$, Preis-Leistung absolut empfehlenswert

訪訪客I’ll start with the positives. This is a fantastic location. You are steps from major downtown Toronto attractions. Restaurants and shops are everywhere. The CN Tower rises right in front of the building, which is pretty hard to beat. The apartment was clean. There were lots of towels. The bathroom was bigger than expected. If you split this with another couple, the price becomes very reasonable for downtown. That said, the second bedroom is tight. There’s basically no space for suitcases or personal items. Now the not so good. Arrival and check-in were chaotic. It was pouring rain during rush hour and there was nowhere to park as instructed. My husband had to keep circling while I ran inside getting soaked. Despite completing online check-in and receiving an “online check-in complete” email, my security deposit hadn’t gone through. I had checked the many emails they sent and didn’t see anything flagging this. Even though everything else was fully paid in advance, they wouldn’t let me go to the room to dry off or grab my glasses to fix the issue. I had to authorize a manual credit card charge over the phone because I couldn’t read their links without my glasses. Not a great feeling. The building entrance is nice. Big, clean, and airy. The hallway to the unit is the opposite. Worn carpet, scuffed walls, chipped paint. Not the best first impression. Inside the unit was better. It looked freshly painted and was clean. I paid extra for a balcony thinking “Metropolitan Lofts – CN Tower” meant we’d be sitting out admiring the tower. That part is on me for not checking. The listing didn’t promise a view. Our balcony faced an office building and a parking lot. Below was a sad patch of grass filled with old boots, a broken broom, crushed beer cans, and what felt like 10,000 cigarette butts. The neighbour used their balcony as a full-time phone booth at max volume. If you’re not on the Front St side, don’t bother paying extra for a balcony. The unit had enough space for two, but it was too warm. The thermostat didn’t do anything. It stayed around 24–25°C the whole time, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The bedding didn’t help. The bottom sheet was just a tucked flat sheet. It came loose both nights. The duvet setup was also odd, with layers of flat sheets above and below the duvet that slid around. I kept waking up on the mattress pad or directly on the duvet. A fitted sheet and proper duvet cover would fix this. The worst part was the elevators. They are very slow. Plan an extra 10–15 minutes just waiting. The middle elevator felt unsafe. It opened and closed repeatedly for no reason. It stopped at every floor with no one there. It randomly changed direction mid-trip. One time it didn’t line up with the floor and we had to step down. That was enough for me. I took the stairs after that. Overall: 5/5 for location, 4/5 for cleanliness. If you’re a group of four, the two-bedroom can be a decent value, just expect tight space. If you care about smooth check-in, reliable elevators, temperature control, and decent bedding, this might not be your place.

訪訪客去多倫多過個週末，這次沒有住市區，選擇了機場附近的這家娛樂型綜合度假村，我們總體很滿意，******就在樓下，不是特別大，但該有的都有，環境和服務也還可以。旁邊的賽馬場我們還看了會兒賽馬，沒買馬票，不太懂，不知如何下手。這酒店應該中國客人挺多的，很多標識都有中文，還挺意外。房間面積可以，兩張queen size的床，我們兩大兩小住的還挺舒服的。有熱水壺、有免費停車樓，小住一兩天娛樂一下還是蠻好的。

PPianist with no handsI love staying in this Sheraton because it's only opposite the airport entrance, connecting to T3 by a 1-minute walk. The vibe is very relaxing, and the room facilities are very comfortable. I love the mattress and the shower, which were well supported and had intense water pressure, respectively. I would love to come back next time, but to be reminded that the breakfast is only provided a la carte with CAD$25. The buffet breakfast are only offered if you book the room on its website.

TTati11I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo.
Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing.
It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street.
Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

LLim地理位置優越，入住/退房方便，從 50 層樓高的公寓高層可以欣賞到令人驚嘆的美景。我能夠在下午 3 點辦理入住手續，房間非常乾淨。大廳有 24 小時保安，五樓有 24 小時禮賓服務。街對面就有大型公共停車場，安全且方便使用。星巴克和 Tim Horton’s 就在樓下，步行 6 分鐘即可抵達登打士廣場。一定會再入住並會推薦給其他人！
