Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

Overall our experience was about average, if not below. When we arrived to check-in about late afternoon, the English female staff at reception was either tired or just didn't like us, or probablyjustme as I'm Not English. She basically just checked us in and told us the basic information about where our room was, where the restaurant was and the meal times. No information was mentioned about the spa/pool amenities nor about the hotel wifi. We assumed that those information would be in our room but we didn't see it straight away. We had to come back down to ask for the password and had to inquire about booking our evening dinner as it wasn't provided upon check in. I felt discriminated because I wasn't ”white” but my partner was. Next is about the staff at the bar. Again I felt discriminated because I stood in front of the bar to order some drinks. The English female staff already saw me but was too preoccupied texting on her mobile and instead of saying ”I will be with you in a moment” she just walked away and got another member of staff, a male one, to attend to me and my partner. My partner and I have never experienced this kind of treatment from all of the hotels that we've been in. I wouldn't be surprised if the English staff in your hotel treats their non-English colleagues the same way.

早餐豐富，服務到位，位置極好，景點舉步便到。設施齊全，有室內泳池，有健身室及停車場。入住的房間，兩面有窗，窗外小橋流水，景色怡人。

1.酒店位置還好。在鎮上附近,附近咖啡館。不錯。 2.房間有USB C充電端口。適合我的Apple Iphone 16供電。房間的燈光控制簡單,易於管理。 3.早餐: 不錯, 很多選擇. 4.工作人員服務: 6月1日,我要求大堂值班人員在上午7:30安排我的房間清潔,包括更換毛巾。不幸的是,我晚上10:00回來時,房間沒有打掃。由於很晚了,選擇不打電話要求工作人員協助,自己打掃房間,這是酒店可以提高服務可靠性的領域。

半食宿非常愉快的夜晚。食物很好,有套餐,但選擇。 游泳池有點陳舊,但一切都很乾淨。 浴室需要更換淋浴頭,它在牆的半邊。 臥室非常乾淨,毛巾和牀上用品完美無瑕。 早餐很好,直到我起牀拿點食物回來發現桌子清理了,一個男人不是我丈夫要坐下,我們在桌子上喝了滿杯茶,oj。走了。永遠的主意,很有趣!! 如果在該地區,還會再來的!

我在這裏出差大概不到6個小時,從凌晨330開始就近了,臥室乾淨舒適。浴室也一塵不染,毛巾充足。由於短暫停留,沒有品嚐早餐,也沒有工作人員太多,停車免費,還會再次入住。

位置優越,場地優美停車很難找到。  房間乾淨整潔,牀挺不錯的,天氣很暖和,房間裏雖然有風扇,熱氣窒息,好熱!所謂的“空調”沒用!  室內游泳池大小不錯,但大樓裏太熱了,呼吸困難!!(打開門讓氧氣進來!) 晚餐很好,第二天早上的早餐也很好。  對於平庸的住宿來說,相當昂貴。  可愛的工作人員貫穿。

We booked two rooms for a 2-night family stay —a family Suite and a Classic Room. The hotel’s amenities and location were excellent, with plenty of eateries nearby. My son was unwell during the trip and it’s really comforting that the stay was great for him to rest and recover. We had dinner in the hotel and the food was amazing! The breakfast served was also good, we like the hot dishes that we chose English breakfast, scrambled eggs and salmon 👍! Very cosy, comfortable and pleasant experience!

酒店很安靜，房間也夠多，空調在這個高温天實在太舒服了，都不想出去。我定的三人間。大床感覺應該是2米的，不止1.81，很舒服。孩子睡的梳化床就不是很舒服了，一定不能坐旁邊，會塌下去。床頭有圖了type C和USB兩種充電插口，還挺方便。有燒水壺，藏在櫃子裏，燒水的時候要拉出來（見圖）。酒店早餐有烤西紅柿、烤蘑菇、煎蛋和香腸等，水果一般。咖啡和紅茶可外帶，提供紙杯。就是電梯啟動和停止的時候會有突然下沉的感覺，而且運行的很慢。不過酒店提供就三層，不提行李的時候完全可以走樓梯。 酒店離車站確實比較近，走路6-7分鐘就能到。走到河邊和大部分景點都不到十分鐘。衹有去安妮海瑟薇（莎翁妻子）故居要走將近半小時。總體還算滿意。
