It was a last minute decision to take a trip to Goa with my family (3 adults + 1 Child) and decided to book this hotel having looked at their website. I booked in for 4 nights all paid upfront based on this. To all travellers to this hotel please do not be fooled by the pictures on the website as they are no way a true reflection to reality. Also, this is also not a reflection of any of the staff members we came across as they were all good but this directly aimed for the owners of the hotel. On arrival(17.08.23), checkin was smooth and we were shown to the 2 rooms we had booked. On entering the room my heart sank as we walked in to be greeted to a sight as you will see from the pictures attached. Everything from bedroom to bathroom was in not to fit to stay purpose. I immediately went to the front desk and aired my complain to which I was given staff member to show my complain was about. I was then offered to be shown 2 other rooms but again both of them were in no different state to the one we were already allocated. Hence, within the first half hour we decided we would sleep it in in check out the next morning as it was almost getting close to midnight. In the morning we decided to have breakfast as it was included in the package and again we were disappointed with what was available on offer and the time it took for get the food we ordered from the live counter. After breakfast I approached the ***ager in charge and explained the situation and my decision to check out. I was offered to go view one of the more premium rooms that is served for the VIP guest to which my wife and I did. It was a very very slight improvement to what we had the previous night and our decision to check out stood. I spoke to the ***ager to see if I could get a partial refund on my payment but was told it was hotel policy on no refund as it was all conducted online which was quite disappointing as it was not such substantial amount. I decided to swallow the bitter pill as I was not going to let my family spend another day in the hotel. Again to re-iterate this is not a reflection on the staff but directly aimed tot he owners of the hotel. You need to update your website profile so as not to mislead travellers. The whole hotel needs an overhaul and reality check.

我們在Alila Diwa度過了難忘的美妙時光,住在這家酒店一直是令人愉快難忘的經歷,這要感謝工作人員在提供高標準的接待和始終保持個人接觸方面做出了不同的貢獻這是品牌Alila Diwa獨特的USP。我們的住宿是家庭度假,孩子們喜歡游泳池和兒童遊戲區的時間,自助早餐真的很好,有很多選擇。員工們細心、禮貌、理解客人的需求,並將儘自己的水平提供最好的課堂服務,特別是有學步的孩子的家庭。Alila Diwa團隊的所有成員都很出色,我們接觸過的一些成員,他們中的一些人因爲表現最佳而記住了他們:Hanlula,Hi***shu來自前台團隊,***ish,Arfaan,Roella來自Vivo餐廳,艾麗絲來自阿麗拉溫泉隊以及雷尼兒童遊戲區負責人。我們很想在果阿的下一次假期再次訪問這個地方。
