We picked this B&B because we were coming from the Malta ferry, and it is 5 minutes drive from the port. We arrived much earlier than we had expected, and Giancarlo was so welcoming! He gave us coffee and let us check into our room at 10:30 am. Our room was bright and cheery with a large deck overlooking the beach. The breakfast was a nice continental one, and Giancarlo surprised us with some delicious cannolis. He was the friendliest host we’ve ever had! We only stayed one night but we’re very impressed. If you need a stop in Pozzallo, definitely stay here!

I made buissenes trip to Pozzallo port to attend vessel. And vsl agent put me to Nautico. It is good place with good owner. Room was OK, with 3 beds and interesting painting on the walls. And also very tasty meals there. Also it was very interesting professional coffee machine there. It was needed some technical imagination to cope with it. Owner will replace it to modern. And his one could be used for museum. 😀

The 2 of us have arrived at the hotel just before 9pm and the first thing we heard was that we have 3 mins to throw the bags to the room, otherwise we won’t see any dinner lol. And not in a pleasant manner. We managed to get to the restaurant in time, where a very strange lady and two members of 18 year old staff were doing everyone a favore serving dinner. The food was mediocre, not worth a mention but the attitude of the strange woman (which I suspect was an owner of the hotel) was nothing but bizzarre and unpleasant. Together with another table of 9 guests we could not stop commenting about the weird trea**ent that you get at this hotel. The moment I finished the dish the waiter was running to take the plate from the table even though my partner was still halfway through his dinner. They could not wait to get rid of everyone. The plumbing in the place was so old and loud that we were woken up by the neighbour next door having shower. I thought that the pipe will literally jump out of the wall. And that was at 6am. Pillows smelled of sweat a little. I am definitely never coming back.
